Propriété en front de mer directe avec un magnifique porche enveloppant surplombant l'océan Atlantique. Attrapez les levers de soleil spectaculaires et la lune se lÚve. Sept miles de plage de marche avec accÚs à un port abrité et marina à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée. Plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche. Sauveteurs à temps plein sur la plage tous les jours pendant l'été.

Chalet de cinq chambres avec une cuisine complÚte, grande salle à manger, salle de bain complÚte, une chambre avec lit queen et laveuse / sécheuse au premier étage. Quatre chambres et une autre salle de bain complÚte au deuxiÚme étage. Une douche extérieure privée, grill, grande cour latérale pour les jeux et beaucoup de stationnement.

Humarock Beach est située à mi-chemin entre Boston et Cape Cod. Vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage le matin et assister à une partie des Red Sox le soir.

We had a family reunion with 3 families staying in this house. It worked beautifully. 3 girl cousins in one room. 2 boy cousins in another bedroom, one couple in the queen bedroom upstairs, and one couple with their 20-month old in the downstairs bedroom.

Had a terrific stay! Location was perfect right on the beach. Easy walk to donuts, coffee, restaurants, bar (and karaoke!).Plenty of seating inside and out at house, comfy beds and no need for my husband’s noise machine
just open the windows and listen to the ocean. Sunrise was a real treat Very nostalgic for my siblings who came for a visit as we spent a lot of time down Humarock as kids.

Great rental cottage! Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Well stocked, and had all the amenities we wanted. The porch overlooking the ocean was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there. Just a short walk from all the Humarock businesses, which was great. The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. (One minor suggestion would be to do some editing on the outdoor furniture. May be too much? A bit cluttered.)

Perfect Spot

We could not have asked for a better place for the family. Kids had the ocean at their doorstep, and the beautiful porch was a favorite gathering spot. Ample seating in house, comfy beds, and an attentive host. The wonderful outdoor shower was a big hit. We enjoyed perfect weather too. All in all, a great time!

50th anniversary celebration

I was lucky enough to grow up in Humarock got engaged and married there we brought our children and their children with us for a week at the beach it was absolutely spectacular. The house is perfect 5 bedrooms the kitchen is stocked better then mine is at home the only issue we had is the freezer didn’t work the host immediately offered to call a repairman but we didn’t want to put him out we just used bags of ice in hindsight we should have let the repairman come but didn’t ruin anything for us. Hearing the ocean waves crashing all night is pure heaven and our hosts Steve and Betsy were eager to help us out with any questions we had. Hoping to go back next year not waiting for our 100th anniversary I’d give it a 12 out of 10

Amazing

Amazing location right on the beach and within walking distance of the river and some nice restaurants. Tons of space and parking and amenities with two grills, firepit and outdoor shower. I didn't want to leave!

This is the house in Humarock

First of all the house is a perfect beach house situation. Right on the beach! Walk out the front door and into the ocean. The facilities were exactly what we needed and wanted. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking needs - not to mention 2 fully functional grills in the back. The owner Steve was quick to answer any questions via text although the information sheet very clearly communicated the FAQs of the house. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. Next summer we will plan our stay around the availability of this house. Also within an hour you can get to the Cape, Boston, and Plymouth. Went to 2 Red Sox games while here and it was easy in/out via the T in Braintree. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The firepit was a nice bonus! Great place to stay!

Great Humarock location!

Lovely property, nice property owner. Great central location with easy access to beach and local fun. Only downside to location is that it’s busy and can be loud at night. But that’s what happens when you are right at the beach and local businesses. Small price for convenience of location!

Humarock Beach House

We had an issue with our grill and the next day the owner was there with a new grill. Good communication. Owners very pleasant and accommodating Very nice house. The only thing we had an issue with is doing the linens and towel laundry. It should be known that u had to do these things before you rent. Was very unexpected. It took us a long time to do it in the morning and had a long way to drive. We paid a cleaning fee and really don't want to do cleaning and laundry on vacation. Other than that nice vacation.

Lovely old original beach house.

This is a lovely home just be aware that there are stairs to the other four bedrooms which are a bit steep. The front porch is a life saver on hot days - always a river breeze. We had to deal with the prior tenants trash - it was a bit heavy and not easy. We purposely left all our trash in two barrels not five. Unfortunately, we did not see the exit instructions until to late - we thought we had done a nice job with the linens on three beds but realized we should have completed the chore. Sorry. Overall it was a lovely vacation.

Great place to turn 60!!

We rented this house to have a beautiful place to relax and have friends and family come and visit, as it is within an hour of Boston. We walked on the beach every day, ate amazing seafood and enjoyed the porch immensely!

Stunning views of the ocean complete with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

We were all very impressed with how accurate the description of the house was. Well stocked with everything you may need to feel at home. There were even things such as laundry detergent, soap, and things you may have forgotten to pack. There are card games and board games at the house and a very large table that accommodated all 10 of us. There are two coffee makers. One is your traditional 10-12 cup coffee maker and the other is a single serve Keurig coffee maker. This worked perfectly for everyone involved who seemed to have different coffee preferences. The location for viewing sunsets and gorgeous sunrises was stunning. It is located on a public beach and access to the public beach is directly next to the house so there are occasions where people walking past were a bit loud but it was not a frequent thing. However garbage pick up at 7:30 AM was a daily thing. That’s also directly next to the house. Any and all communication with the owner of this house was wonderful. Very quick to respond, very available for any questions we had. The neighbors were quiet and everyone in that area seemed very very nice.

Wonderful Cottage by the Sea! Tripp's Humarock Cottage

This was a grand beach cottage! Plenty of room for a family and day visits from family in the area. It was everything you would want in a beach house. Clean and well equipped for eating in. Being right on the beach was so wonderful. We had beautiful sunny weather and an awesome storm day with magnificent surf! Tripp's Humarock cottage is within walking distance of a pub, an ice cream shop, a fish house, a cute gift shop, a lovely marina and a superb restaurant, but you didn't need to leave the cottage at all, as you had everything you needed right there! Thank you to the Tripp Family for allowing us to relax, rejuvenate and recharge. Beautiful memories were made. We hope to return.

Great family beach house

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 11 of us (5 children and 6 adults), who ranged in age from 4 to 67. The house was clean, comfortable and big enough to not feel crowded. The beach has rocks, lots of rocks and being in the ocean can hurt your feet(need water shoes). The rocks did not stop any of us from having fun in the ocean. We did paint rocks with kiddos one night ,a big success with them. The store /bar/restaurant down the road has great ice cream and a nice bar restaurant. Across the bridge is The Bridgewaye Inn restaurant, a great place to eat in or take out (serves pizza,seafood,Italian). Steve the owner was helpful and quick to response. We would rent this house again.

The Tripp's purchased this beachfront cottage in 1985. Steven and Betsy couldn't resist the lovely cottage located less than a mile from where Steven spent his summers as a kid. Decades later the Tripps enjoy this community every chance they get and share it with their (now grown) children and their grandchild.

Whether reading on the porch, building sandcastles down the beach, diving into the ocean, kayaking along the shore, paddleboarding down the river, looking for sea glass and seashells, or shore fishing we love all this cottage has to offer and we know you will too.

Less than a mile from the smaller cottage where Steven grew up coming this home was/is the perfect spot to bring the extended family for family trips. Be it a family beach day picnicking with toes in the sand, watching the showers pass from the porch, or big family meals in the dining room this home has been the setting of generations of family beach vacations.
