LA VALERIANNE(wi-fi)sleeps 2-12

Good afternoon, Contrary to what you might believe ,this house has a very good record of happy holiday makers, the last leaving, just before you arrived, and we would be more than happy to give you client contact numbers (subject to their approval),to verify this. CLEANING We fully accept that all the issues are not to do just with cleaning, if however issues arise we would expect a response to our e mail asking ,if and when we could get these remedied at the beginning of your stay. WI-FI Your complaint about no Wi-Fi is somewhat unfounded,as there has never been an internet connection in the house ,though for future reference this will be installed in 2015. DOUBLE GLAZING There is full double glazing on the road side,contrary to your observations, though there is only single glazing on the side of Place De Jeu Battoir. GARDEN There has never been a garden with La Valerianne, which would have been indicated in the house information ! MAINTENANCE Missing slats to some beds or a broken chair support are important observations, which normally the cleaning ladies husband would deal with or ,if we have not been notified by a holiday maker which was not the case. Likewise a cracked pane of glass or a damaged lamp are all items which should have been dealt with prior to your arrival. BEDDING You stated that the bedding was terrible ,and again the cleaning lady was not given access to asses this, as there is bedding for 16 people ! Since the departure of the last holidaymakers, we were not notified of anything untoward ,either by Mr Warren-Leader or the cleaning lady ; CONCLUSION If we had received complaints before your arrival, these would have been dealt with as a matter of course. As this was not the case ,then the cleaning and maintenance not carried out correctly quite rightkly reflect your unhappiness on arriving at a property ,which you confirmed; fell well below your personal expectations. If we had been given the opportunity to sort these issues out at the beginning of your holiday, then your stay might have been more enjoyable, however we fully accept your observations, and extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced during your stay.
