Ils disent toujours que l'herbe est plus verte de l'autre cÎté de la clÎture et cela sonne vrai avec cette maison. Asseyez-vous dans le bain à remous et regardez les golfeurs pendant la journée ou trempez-vous la nuit dans l'intimité sous les étoiles. TrÚs léger et spacieux avec une cuisine à la française. La maison est complÚte avec Internet et le cùble pour votre conveinece!

One step above Motel 6

We have used VRBO for the last 8 years. By far this is the worst home we stayed in yet! When we got there the dishes were put away dirty! The master bedroom sheets had stains on them and all the linens including towels looked like rags. The barbeque was out of propane. The blinds dining room had missing slats. In general, the home was not clean nor cared for well. We communicated this all to the location manager and she did offer to have the cleaning people come out we were there for a family funeral and did the cleaning ourselves. I would not suggest you stay elsewhere until they clean this place up.

wonderful experience

2 had never seen before so we did the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Jerome trips. Older 2 have been coming to the Dewey- Prescott area for 25 years and still enjoy it.

Life on a golf course

It was interesting staying along side the fairway. Beautiful view in the daytime or nighttime. Surprising how many golf balls land in the yard or hit the roof. Very quiet and enjoyable to cook in the kitchen. Use of the garage was handy during the rain or bringing in groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service! Location perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, with efficient kitchen. Hot tub didn't get hot enough but, response for servicing it was great.

Loved our stay in Dewey.

Property was just as described. Loved living next to the Prescott Golf & Country Club. House was facing the fairway on hole #2. We were able to walk to the practice facility and the 19th hole. Highly recommended.

Possibly a scam

We arrived at check in time and despite prior arrival communication with a “Brenda” at the check in time we were not able to access the property. At this point no one was answering our emails or texts. We walked around the house and discovered jacuzzi was also taken apart and never disclosed it will not be available but we were up sold about it in our communication prior to booking. After 3 hours we left back home and someone responded and gave us a number to call. We called but we were told a different name than that Brenda and the lady said just the account was under Brenda but it’s someone else’s home. The person was very short with us and would not allow us to speak and simply told us money was not refundable and she hung up. So we hope that other family will not have to go through this nightmare on a holiday weekend. Luckily we only had a couple hours drive home. We strongly feel this was either a scam or a double booking and they tried to keep money from both parties. Our fault for picking a place with one review which was probably a fake one anyway.

Great location

We stayed in this home for one month and enjoyed our stay. Needs a little TLC. Some ceiling fans did not work, BBQ was not useable as it was completely rusted, and one outside chair was busted. Overall it was a good experience and family friendly. We would stay again!
