Precioso y espacioso! Esta unidad es para la persona que no quiere conformarse con el promedio, ¡sino que quiere lo mejor! Lujo, Unidad de esquina con 2 balcones! Recién renovado en 2012 con todos los muebles nuevos y contenido. Todas las encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina. Todos los nuevos baños, uno con ducha a ras de suelo para la seguridad y el otro con una ducha bañera. Puertas corredizas de vidrio a balcones de los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar. Un balcón se enfrenta a Occidente para puestas de sol y uno se enfrenta a Norte con vistas al Golfo. Esta esquina-unidad hermosa es muy amplia, con más de 1.400 pies cuadrados sin incluir los dos grandes balcones. Hay dos dormitorios, cada uno con closet walk-in, uno de los cuales tiene una cama de matrimonio y el otro una reina. Esta es una de las mejores unidades y más grandes en el complejo y la única unidad de la esquina disponibles para alquiler. Hay una nueva lavadora-secadora en la unidad. Cerca Bonati Spine Institute, este es un lugar ideal para recuperarse y recargar sus baterías. Se trata de un complejo cerrado con vigilancia. Frente al Golfo sendero natural. Observe a los delfines desde el balcón, juegue al tenis y refrésquese en la piscina privada climatizada. Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Esta es una de no fumadores / unidad no mascota.

Christmas Getaway

This condo was the perfect getaway for me and my family. The weather was excellent and we had a very memorable stay. We will definitely be looking to make a return trip.The host, Debbie, was great to work with. She was always readily available and helpful.

Stay Away!!

The Property manager left us completely in the dark with the deficiencies of her outdated and neglected property. After arriving at her property and being welcomed to bugs and left over food in the kitchen pantry and fridge. We went on her, “nature trail” that was littered with trash and debris, got to the part where the bridge to cross to watch the sunset, because you can’t see it from the room as stated, and found out then the bridge was destroyed and had been for several weeks. Turned around to go back in and found out the gate was broken and had been for several weeks and that we were locked out until Maintenance showed us another way around that we were not aware of. Went to take a shower in the guest bathroom, but the shower head did not work. Went to dry my hair in the bathroom but the outlets did not work. Went to open up the sliding glass doors to the balcony but they too were also broken and unable to close fully. Two tvs in property and neither were smart tvs, the one in the master was about 16 inches…The furniture out doors were rusted and the property owner told us after the fact she knew they had to be replaced but didn’t. She did not discount or comp any of the 7 days we stayed at her overpriced neglected condo. I strongly suggest they remove her misleading 5 star review as she was very dismissive after admitting to knowing of her properties deficiencies and unwilling to take any responsibility of the neglect and misrepresentation her ads lead you to believe.

Amazing

The views from the condo are breathtaking. The property is very clean and the condo is beautiful and spacious. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need and shopping is very close. Debbie the host is very nice and responds quickly. I would definately recommend this property.

Gulf Island Getaway

I have stayed a lot at Gulf Island and all three different buildings and this is by far the best place I've ever stayed! Very clean great location a beautiful Gulf View from every single window and there's a lot of them! Very roomy very close to the elevators. A full assortment of towels and beach towels beach chairs everything from utensils to glasses to great new appliances! Overall just a wonderful stay

Wonderful Views, Clean, Excellent Experience!

Not only was the home clean and inviting but the host went out of her way to accommodate us quickly. Great experience all around. Thank you Debbie for saving our vacation and accomodating us quickly. We loved the home and will definitely stay here again. The views... Magnificent!

Peaceful

I was traveling from St Louis and I needed something quick as my brother was unexpectedly in the hospital. Debbie was super understanding and was able to get me in the next day. The condo and surroundings were incredibly peaceful with beautiful sunsets, just what I needed after long stressful days at the hospital. I plan on staying here again when I come to visit my brother in the future.

That view❤️

The view from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, just complete serenity! There was a lovely peninsula that lead out to the coast that was so peaceful for a nice walk. Our son got engaged out there at sunset it was so private and perfect we set up flowers and balloons…unforgettable ❤️ All the people in the community were very kind as well. Great time! We will definitely return!

The property was wonderful, it was like staying in your own home. The views of the Gulf and lagoon were breathtaking. You can sit there for hours and watch the wildlife and sunset. The condo in conveniently located near some great bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our time at this location.

Great condo, great location!

I've rented several properties in the Tampa area and this was the best yet! For us it was a great location, close to family and a short drive to Clearwater/St. Pete. Condo was immaculate and well stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. Would rate this a five star property. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable.

This unit is perfectly located in the complex. It is close to the elevator, parking and the pool. The views are breathtaking with a colorful sunset each night. A nature trail to get your daily walk in and a pool to cool off in. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The communication with the host is excellent. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing Views!

Being on the 4th floor was the perfect height to enjoy the vistas from both balconies. We are able to see both the sunrise & the sunset. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful place to unwind, relax and fish if you want to. sit back and watch the boats & dolphins.

Wonderful getaway to Florida. Great place to stay away from all the large tourist crowds, but close enough to get to Tampa in 45 min. If you love fishing, hiking, birding watching and nature, this is the place for you.

Great Vacation in Hudson!

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and equipped with all you need. Views were fantastic every evening of the sunsets! A short 5 min drive to local restaurants and shopping. Visited Tarpon Springs and Weeki Watchi park within 15-20 min drive. Debbie the host was great and always communicated promptly when we contacted her. A great spot to vacation!

Surround yourself with beauty!

What beautiful views to wake up to each morning! This is nature at its best! An enjoyable walk around the lagoon, watching dophins and birds frolic in the lagoon and in the nearby waters, and the daily sunsets! Oh, my! The condo itself is beautifully decorated with everything needed to make it comfortable. and the pool is very inviting. We definitely plan to return!

Great ocean views

Very comfortable with wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. Lots of nature and sea life, including dolphins and countless birds. The clean, cool pool was a great treat in the warm afternoons.

Fantastic View, very safe and quiet

The condo is large and well laid out for two couples. The best part of the condo are the fantastic views of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets. We also had schools of dolphins every third day or so coming close to shore which we really liked. There are some good local restaurants and a ice cream shop nearby. The drive to tampa and clearwater is about 50 minutes. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. The pool is both clean and warm.

the property was great rugs need to be slip proof as they slide easily allowing falls. you must be aware that the vbro pricing is not shown correctly on the web site. they seem to use a bait and switch process when you sign up to rent, listing at a lower price then raising it [twice] during the rental process!!!

Great Views and lovely Condo

We stayed here over Christmas and we loved it. The condo has views over the lagoon and also the ocean, we saw dolphins several times and one day we even saw a Bald Eagle. The unit feels very secure with friendly security on the gate. The Condo is on the 4th floor but there are elevators, the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and the living area and kitchen is open plan with granite worktops and a huge fridge-freezer. The TV is easy to work (not always the case) and the Wi-Fi was fine. If anything the bed in the master was too big but comfortable and the double vanity n the master bathroom was a nice touch. Debbie returned our deposit in full after a week so no problems there and if we did return to Hudson we would definitely stay here again but in Summer so we could spend longer on the balcony with a glass or two of wine watching the sun go down. Yes we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hudson, Tampa is only an hour away and there's restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes drive.

Spectacular views!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was just as it is shown—lovely and comfortable. Great for our week visiting family over Thanksgiving. The views from this corner condo were even more wonderful than expected. The sky at sunset was amazing. Fun to watch all the pelicans and dolphins as well as sailboats and fisherman. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us! We hope to stay with you again in the future.

Gulf of Mexico views from every room! Two balconies and bedrooms/baths are on opposite sides of the condo for ultimate privacy. Very spacious....over 1400 square feet!

This is the only corner-unit condo for rent at Gulf Island that we are aware of. It is much larger than most of the two bedroom/2bath condos in the community. Each bedroom/full bath is on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy, and each has it's own private balcony! This is a very spacious, luxury unit with high-end finishes.
