Waterfront 2 bed/2 bath with direct Gulf access
Relax in this spacious open concept home. This newly renovated home located on a canal the leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico has a dock ready for you and your family to enjoy. The newly added man made beach is perfect for relaxing. There is a HUGE deck in the rear and a beautiful smaller deck at the entrance. The awesome new in ground pool with paver patio and a fire pit area is an excellent place toenjoy with the entire family. The finished air conditioned garage has an extra space to relax as well as a small gym area.
This up to date home is a great place for families or friends who love waterfront living. There is something for everyone.
You can also bring your boat and launch it from our community boat launch. Lastly remember your fishing pole to spend some time catching all the fish this canal has to offer.
OOPS, I almost forgot to tell you that it is very common to see dolphins and manatee right at the dock!
There is also a cool brewery within walking distance that has food trucks and live music on weekends.
