Es un buen momento para visitar la costa central de California! Alquiler por la noche, semana o mes. Precioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el centro de la ciudad. 2 cuadras de la playa, senderos para caminar y restaurantes gourmet.
El dormitorio principal tiene cama California King, una cómoda y televisión de pantalla plana, con vistas al mar y 2 armarios. Baño principal tiene ducha sobre la bañera y suelo de baldosa. Segundo dormitorio tiene cama matrimonial y segundo baño está en el pasillo con ducha sobre la bañera.
La sala tiene un sofá cama y chimenea. Todas las sábanas se incluyen con más hojas, almohadas y mantas. Cocina con servicio totalmente equipada para 8 personas. Mesa de comedor asientos 6 y más. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia.
Balcón con vista al mar! Flat TV por cable de pantalla e internet inalámbrico. La unidad se encuentra en un edificio seguro con 1 cochera cubierta y 1 descubierto.

Location!

We had a wonderful time and the location is great. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Traffic and parking are difficult so not needing to drive makes for a better stay. Nicely decorated, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a living area and full kitchen, perfect for 2 couples or a family.

Memorial weekend stay

place is nice and clean, modern with good location centralized and short walk to the Pismo boardwalk, with great parking. we enjoyed our stay. the TV in the bedroom didn't work and the bathroom could use counter space to use for toiletries but other wise it was well stocked with towers and clean. will definitely schedule again.

Arrival was a bit of a hassle, the lockbox in the listing was old and didn't work. We had to call host to provide a code to a different box. She was pretty responsive but still not a great experience after 6 hours on the road. No extra garbage bags, we used shopping bags after the one left for us was full. The air-conditioning grill is caked in rust and dust, screen in master bedroom ripped, beds hard, pullout couch would pull out, so slept on the couch and no dresser in second bedroom. Our kids put a towel on the floor in the cupboard and stacked thier clothes on it. If this was our first stay in a vrbo, id have a better review with less gripes, but its not so our expectations are a little high just based on the other places we've stayed at. Its the little things that go a long way. Overall ww had a great time and the location was convenient if you dont mind a 5 min walk to the peer/beach.

Nice property. Easy checkin and check out. Couch and sheets in Master smelt a little and the blinds were held on by tape. A couple fell down. No counter or cabinet in bathrooms to put things.

Only good thing is location!

One of the worst stays. Condo head lady is rude and nasty. She did not see my parking pass and hung around my car. She wrote messages about towing it. Then, my tire was suspiciously slashed.No pillows in the rental. Only decorative that smell.Only 1 towel for 4 days.Microwave doesn’t workSofa bed is back breaking.Kitchen smells like cat urine.Do not recommend

Weekend Getaway

The location was great and the property had everything we would need for our stay. The owner replied to questions quickly and professionally. The courtyard of the property was beautiful with lush and calming landscaping. The instructions to check in and get the keys could have been a bit more specific. We walked around the building several times until we found the lock box. I would like to think the owner has not been inside the property in quite some time because it was really dirty. The floors, bathtubs, shower curtains, toilets, and furniture need scrubbed or replaced. The patio furniture had not been cleaned either. We spent most of our time out, but if we had been looking for a relaxing weekend inside we would not been able to do so.

Pismo Beach 3 stories up.

Listing and description of property is accurate. Balcony view toward the south at Pismo Dunes. Center courtyard is a peaceful oasis, you can hear the fountain at night from 2nd. bedroom. Building access is good for mobility challenged but not an accessible apartment. There were a couple items that needed repair, host immediately arranged for new blinds and a screen door. No air conditioner, but open a window and the patio door a bit and it cools off nicely. House a little overstocked with dishes and silverware for a dinner for 8. Fridge,dishwasher, coffee pot, washer and dryer all worked great, as did wifi. Nice gas fireplace for evening ambiance. Off Price Street in Pismo, far enough back that there is very little noise, but almost next door to the Cracked Crab and several other restaurants and stores, easy walk 2 1/2 blocks down hill to Pier and beach. Good parking inside, very safe area at night. We stayed there 36 days and would do it again.

Wonderful & a few disappointments- thanksgiving

The property was very nice, clean, the location is great, view is wonderful. We chose this unit because of 2 bathrooms with 2 couples to have their own, but when we arrived one bathroom door had a sign saying (out of order). That brought on a great hardship the whole time of thanksgiving with everyone having to use the same one. Property management was very prompt to help us get in when we couldn’t find the box. When we told her of our disappointment in the out of order bathroom, saying someone should of notified us before hand. But she said she did not know nothing about it and would look into it, and apologized. We don’t believe we received exactly what we paid for with the bathroom being out but it was great other than that.

Great Location

This unit has an exceptional location that offers unparalleled convenience. Situated within close proximity to an array of amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, everything you need is just a short stroll away. While the unit itself has its charms, there are a few drawbacks that should be noted. Firstly, the comfort of the advertised sofa bed leaves much to be desired. Do not plan to sleep on, simply impossible. Additionally, the inflatable bed provided as an alternative has a small leak, as it did not remain completely inflated throughout the night. Another ongoing issue is the sliding screen door leading to the patio. It kept falling off almost everytime someone went in or out. Lastly, it is advisable to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to prepare meals during your stay. The ones provided in the apartment have limited functionality and may not meet your needs adequately. Despite these shortcomings, the property's superb location and its proximity to various amenities make it an attractive option for those who value convenience above all else.

Perfect location - Would stay again!

This was my first vacation rental ever and would choose this condo again! I was visiting family and friends in the Pismo Beach area where I had lived for 40+ years so knew that the condo's location would be within walking distance to the pier, shops and great restaurants. I was surprised how quiet it was despite being near busy traffic area. The view of the ocean were nice when the marine layer went away. Glad I brought a light jacket because it was very cool in the mornings/evenings, but I had remembered that from living in the area. Only a couple of "issues" to mention: The password for the wifi given in the email was not correct but it was written on a note on the fridge. Also we were never able to figure out the cable remote (and I am pretty good at figuring those kind of things out). The "box" kept indicating "call operator" or something like that. We didn't go to Pismo to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal. Another issue was that although the condo was pretty much spotless, the floors had an odd film on them as if after being mopped they hadn't been rinsed properly. The bottoms of our socks were extremely dirty after walking around the condo without shoes; if barefoot, it felt oddly filmy and slippery. This would be my only complaint in an otherwise wonderful unit.

I will choose another unit next time.

We have stayed at this condo complex several times in the past, staying in different units than this one. We love the location and the condos we have stayed in before. This condo, however, did not meet our expectations at all. There are some items that need immediate attention and then some items that should be addressed due to the amount of money being charged for the unit. Items that need immediate attention: 1. The carpet must be cleaned or replaced. It has numerous dark stains. 2. The sheets must be replaced. Several fitted sheets had large stains. 3. The tile floor must be scrubbed or steam cleaned. I dribbled water and used a paper towel to wipe it up. The towel was brown after wiping. 4. The shower curtain must be replaced. Again, it is stained. 5. The sliding glass door needs to be cleaned. Many visible fingerprints are on the glass. 6. The screen needs to be replaced on the sliding glass door screen 7. When using the dishwasher it drains through the air vent, which fortunately goes into the sink. 8. The main bedroom sink faucet leaks. Things that should be replaced: 1. The couch is very worn and stained. The pull out sofa is unusable as a bed due to the bar in the back. 2. Pictures on the wall have holes poked into them. 3. Walls need to be repainted. The second bedroom walls are dirty and marked. 4. The provided shampoos are old. We used our own. 5. The provided blow dryer is very old.

Great location.

This place was absolutely great. The beds were comfortable it was spacious. My only negative experience was I felt the need to give the bathtub a good scrubbing because there was lots of hair caught on the decorative tile on the side of the enclosure.
