The living room of this condo as a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player, wireless internet, and a sofa sleeper. The dining room provides dining for 6. Washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and deck with partial ocean view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Patio with table, chairs and barbecue are available as well.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for me and my husband and son. We were in Pismo visiting our other son and his family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked. It had all the things needed to have meals in and take a break from eating out. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our annual family vacation was again a great experience. I think this is our 5 or 6th year at Pismo Shores...We rent multiple condo units and have great family time exploring all around us and having family dinners. This Condo is well stocked and clean with a nice view of the ocean and parking right out front. Could use a new loveseat or a couple of chairs to replace it as it is super saggy everything else is great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay is always a very nice vacation, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. It is difficult to locate items in the kitchen. They are too spread out. We had to buy a teakettle and other than a Keurig machine, there is no coffee maker. The living room furniture looks good but in very poor sitting condition. The condo has needed an overall deep cleaning for a few years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location inside the pismo shores complex was perfect. Great view of beach, pier and pool upstairs and downstairs. Disappointed that the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable. I cannot express that enough. The couches were not that of the listing and were awful. The TV is mounted too high and there was so much furniture it felt claustrophobic. We decided to open the fold out bed since the couches were uncomfortable. Well that bed felt old and flat and falling through the frame and it was dirty, someones fake nail, food debris, etc. the main bed frame was larger than the bed so we have several large bruises from running into it. The bed itself also very cheap and uncomfortable. Love pismo shores. Will likely stay there again. Not sure we'll stay in 113 again tho. It's tough, great views but uncomfortable furniture.

This stay at 113 Pismo Shores is definitely the best yet. The condo is much more than we expected, only slightly more expensive than the last trip but we'll worth it. The Shores is gated, secure and very private. The condo we rented is super nice and has everything we needed. Close to all that Pismo has to offer. We love it and will be contacting Kenderick at Coastal Vacation Rentals for our next stay. Thank you so much CVR for your professional attitudes and courteous services.
