My family and I enjoyed our seven day stay despite a few disappointments.. We had nine adults and four children stay in the home throughout the week as a family reunion and just spend Christmas together. The house is extremely spacious, but can definitely benefit from some maintenance. The glass sliding door to the pool was difficult to open and close. The movie room/game room was very important in the decision to rent this property and needs some help and updates. The pool table has apparently been broken for quite some time and hasn’t been addressed. On the other hand,, The pool heater worked great so the grandkids were able to swim daily. The kitchen was well equipped. Everyone were comfortable in their bedrooms. While we didn’t need it, we found out on the last day that the sectional sofa in the movie/game room contains a sofa bed. The home has two living room rooms and two large dining room tables, so we were able to use one table for the kids to have crafts and coloring books while the other table was used for meals. Property manager, Michael was promptly responsive to every text. Lastly, the location is excellent. We were close to many highways which made it easy to get to the parks and the airport. Four vehicles fit in the driveway and the rest of us needed to park on the street. There is only one side of the street parking, but we were still able to find spots for all of our family..
