Ubicada en Champions Gate Resort, a solo 11 km de Walt Disney World, esta hermosa villa de vacaciones en Orlando cuenta con 8 lujosas habitaciones y 5 baños. Con 4000sq / ft de espacio habitable, esta unidad puede alojar hasta un máximo de 20 personas al mismo tiempo que ofrece espacio y privacidad para todos. Esta hermosa casa lejos de casa ofrece muchas características y comodidades que esperaría encontrar en su propia casa. Esto incluye un acogedor espacio de estar perfecto para ver televisión y jugar juegos de mesa, un espacio de comedor para que toda su fiesta pueda comer y pasar tiempo de calidad juntos y, por supuesto, una cocina totalmente equipada perfecta para preparar pavos para las cenas de Acción de Gracias. Sabemos la importancia de estar conectado hoy en día, le complacerá que nuestra casa esté equipada con WiFi de alta velocidad, así como con teléfono y televisión por cable. The House needs major updating

Easy check-in. The pictures online doesn’t match what’s in the house. Big water damage on the ceiling, baseboards are damaged. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Microwave damaged on the inside. Description of linens provided but NO washcloths are provided. Furniture is worn out, needs replacing especially the patio furniture. Mold on the patio walls and needs a major pressure washing. Bathrooms upstairs need updating. The guards at the gate were unprofessional. It was hard for family to visit us because of the visitor list, just too much of a hassle. We will not be staying in Champions Gate again or renting from this company.

Golf trip

The property was just as advertised and was a perfect spot and accommodation for our golf trip. Everybody had their own room and bathroom and plenty of space to hang out. A few questions I had were promptly answered. Would highly recommend. Greg

El barbecue es pequeño en comparacion a la cantidad de personas que duermen en la villa. Estupenda la casa y volveríamos a ir en una próxima oportunidad. Gracias

Disappointing

This trip was for Thanksgiving with my family. I am a vacation rental property owner myself and I would never allow my house to be like this. I have also rented many vacation homes and this was one of the most disappointing. I booked this trip through VRBO and was never told that all correspondence should go through Orlando Villas 411, nor was I ever provided Orlando Villas 411 website. I had to search the internet to find out this information. FYI - Orlando Villas 411 hires a third party property management company. I was never provided check in or check out information, only the address and a long list of rules. I was not told this was a gated community and gate passes would be needed. In fact the information I was provided said “Community Gate Access Code: N/A”. That was frustrating to say the least, when you have 3 cars in your group. I paid extra money to heat the pool, but the temperature at its highest was 80 degrees, at best. The water level was significantly low so when I asked them to top it off, the minimal heating of the water was then gone. The hot tub was luke warm and the jets could not be controlled by the switch. The hot tub didn’t over flow into the pool. They did send someone to look at the hot tub and he said I don’t know what’s wrong and I cannot fix it, I will tell my boss. I never heard from his boss or the property manager. When I called the property manager, they said call the people you booked with, when I called Orlando Villas 411 the said call the property manager, this circle continued for several hours. Not how I wanted to spend my first day of vacation. Communication with Orlando Villas 411 and their property management was poor, to say the least. We were a party of 10, and the house sleeps 20 people, but there were not enough forks, spoons, knives, or glasses for the 10 of us. So we had to buy plastic or eat Thanksgiving dinner in shifts. The table has 8 worn and dirty chairs, but there are 4 stools at the kitchen counter. The beds were very uncomfortable, and had no mattress pads. The sheets were old and dingy. I would recommend bringing your own linens. The bath towels were also dingy and worn. All of the furniture in this house has outlived its IKEA life span and is broken, ripped, dirty, etc. The ‘game room’ was a joke. The pool table was so worn out that you could not even play a game on it. The fuse ball table was just as beat up as the pool table. There was a dart board, but no darts.

House was not clean and had quite a few issues. Would not stay here again.

The interior of the house was very dirty, the floors had some kind of sand on them and we could tell they weren’t swept or mopped. Even the walls and baseboards around the house were dirty - you could see dirt marks everywhere. There was no broom or mop either for us to clean up the floors so we couldn’t walk barefoot or with socks on throughout the house. Also the fridge was leaking and it was dirty as well, again no mop to clean up the leaking water. There was a chair in the pool area that had a bent/broken leg and my pregnant sister went to sit down and almost fell off! This was so infuriating as she could’ve been extremely hurt! Maybe a party was thrown? Not sure but the house should be inspected for these kinds of things. Also, this one is disgusting, but while a relative was in the shower, he was handed a towel by his wife (provided with the stay) and a roach came crawling out!!!!! We encountered all of this within the first few days of staying. We did call with these complaints (as well as photos) and the staff was nice brought us a broom and mop, took away the broken chair, couldn’t really do much else but thankfully most of our days were spent at Disney and not at the house. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed with this property. Also there was a tv missing from upstairs and inside one of the closets? Again maybe a party was thrown before us but not an acceptable excuse. The staff was nice and did what they could. Also to top things off, this is a gated community however our rental cars were broken into and a few personal items were stolen. Overall I would not stay here again but if you do please inspect around the house for these things. Lock your car doors and make sure you don’t take any little friends home with you after your stay (roaches).
