Convenient ski in ski out

Place was a great balance between ski in ski out and walk to town. Perfect for a couple that wants comfort and lots of skiing.

I wouldn’t stay again or recommend. Comparable to budget motels. I’ve listed pros and cons.

Pros: Location to Main Street- for shopping and dining , budget friendly, and paint and decor was nice. Cons: Not a well insulated establishment, the thin walls kept us up 3 of the nights we stayed, due to top neighbors partying from 11-3:00am. We could hear their blaring music, drunken fights, conversations, and thuds from them walking around,all night. We reported it to the property managers twice(daytime and middle of the night)and the second night after a 3am reporting to them they told us to call police. We desperately called the police, so we could get some rest. The police came and listened in our room and the said it was ridiculous and that they’d take care of it. It was better the next night but you could still footstep thuds, conversations, and music at a lower volume. There was no easy access to ski in or out, the shuttle was available down a steep ice covered street(didn’t use it, too risky in ski boots). The beds were budget beds, uncomfortable! I usually don’t give my options about many things but this one was worth saving someone rest on their vacation.

I enjoyed having a ground floor unit which was just a few steps away from the hot tub! Skiing, great conversations with like minded people and a wonderful (short) walk to downtown or the snowflake chair lift. I would recommend this place to anyone! And will certainly be back summer, fall, and winter!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1/5 - recent visit to Breckenridge, CO was a less than desired adventure with Breckenridge Resort Management(BRM). The Expedia description that BRM created for the property at 120 Sawmill Rd #101 leaves much to be desired. Property descriptions are used to make important lodging decisions and without full transparency including, and not exclusive to, such as parking and HOA relationship (external), plus communications with clients are vital. BRM did not mention limited parking but free parking was included. We had two cars and had to park second car miles away for an additional cost. Management and HOA need a better partnership and plan when disturbances to client crosses the internal/external property management line. HOA experienced a malfunctioning sprinkler system, which for 3 nights at 1130pm and 530am sounded like a firehose slamming against the back of our condo for 30min each occurrence. Original contact with management mentions they have no control over this as it's an HOA issue. As a client spending $xxxx, BRM should work to resolve the issue regardless which side of the line it falls on bottom line. I choose lodging based on management disclosures to ensure a great experience in which a good night’s rest is top priority.Faulting dishwasher - contacted management regarding wet kitchen floor, maintenance came and found faulty dishwasher and told would be contacted what next to do. We never heard back and had to reach out to management again to ensure they were aware when we checked out. This experience has left us disappointed with our visit to Breckenridge and especially Breckenridge Resort Management. I have enjoyed visiting Breckenridge over the years from snowboarding, mountain biking, to mountain climbing. Rest and comfort are paramount to our visits and this trip missed that mark by 14,000ft. Much of my summers, and partial winters, are spent traveling out west including Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho, and BC. This has been

Convenient to Everything

The bed was comfortable, sleeper sofa was good, the kitchen was great, but the carpet is in need of replacement and the hallways are rather dark. It was nice to have a place close to downtown.

Not the suite owners fault but apparently the had a water leak in the hallway just outside of the suite and they had a fan drying out the carpet we had to listen too for 2 days and nights.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this property many time before. This trip I was especially disappointed. I am well aware of the restrictions Covid has put upon this industry. However, this is a resort hotel at resort prices. The paper products (toilet paper and tissues) were the industrial one ply type. The sheets were worse than anything I have slept on at Motel Six. WE stayed there eight days and upon asking for clean towels after day five we were told to go to the laundry and wash them. Needless to say this is not usually the case for a condo at an upscale resort. The condos themselves are nice but the property company is not running them well. I would stay at Wildwood suites again but not book through the Breckenridge Resort Management.
