The Unit is located at a walking distance from the Teaching Hospitals & the Faculty of Medicine Ruhuna at Karapitiya,Galle.It is Ideal for the Elective/Medical students coming to the Teaching Hospital & the Faculty of Medicine at Karapitiya.It is also suitable for Foriegn tourists who are willing to stay out of busy Galle city & enjoy the greenish environment.The Cottage is consisted two AC rooms,a large bathroom with hot water facilities ,Washing Machine & a pantry with all facilities such as Gas storve,toaster,coffee maker ,cutlery & electric Kettle & a Microwave etc.An Additional change has to pay for AC facilities.Long term guests can pay the actual electricity bill.Pre paid 4G router is available for internet & guests can top up.
The Guests can easily travel to Dutch Fort Galle which is situated 3.5km away fro the property with in 10 minuets using a scooter or a Tuk Tuk.Bus stop is located at 5 minuets walk away & Government & Privet Bus services are available .The Guests can also visit World famous Unawatuna Beach & Jungle Beach with in 15 minuets.
Supermarkets,Restaurants,Bank ATM’s ,Fresh Fish / Fruits stalls & Phamasies are located at a walking distance.
The area is also very peaceful & most of the professionals are working in the Hospital & Faculty are living around.The place is well secured & Ideal for females as well.

Hikkaduwa a well-known tourist town just 20minutes away is famous for diving, nightlife and dining on the beach. Snorkelling, surfing, jet skiing and windsurfing are just a few activities you can experience in Weligama which is a 25-minute drive from House
