5 Sparks Lane is a spacious Sunriver retreat created for the easy rhythm of gathering together. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home offers families and friends plenty of space to reconnect while still giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in at the end of the day.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with vaulted ceilings and generous windows that fill the space with natural light and frame the surrounding pines. Cozy furnishings invite everyone to settle in together, while the gas fireplace brings warmth to cool Central Oregon mornings and relaxed evenings at home. It is an easy place to linger over coffee, unwind after a day of adventure, or gather for a quiet night with family and friends.

The fully stocked kitchen is designed with group meals in mind, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, and ample room for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before a bike ride to relaxed family dinners at the end of the day.

On the main level, Bedroom One has a queen bed, with an additional sleeper sofa available in the living room. Upstairs, Bedroom Two is a king suite with a private bathroom, and Bedroom Three is a second king suite with its own private bathroom. Bedroom Four has two twin beds and is accessed through one of the king bedrooms, making it especially convenient for families with children. Bedroom Five includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed along with two additional twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the lower-level bonus room provides another sleeping option.

The lower-level bonus room gives everyone another comfortable place to spread out, with sofas, a streaming TV, foosball, and games. In the garage you'll find a ping pong table and five adult cruiser bikes making it easy to head out and explore Sunriver's miles of paved pathways. 10 Sharc Passes are included for 2026.

Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Fees apply. No other pets are permitted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great Family Getaway

Every spring, some of my family friends and extended family join up for a trip to Bend/ Sunriver. This house was a great place to spend a few days and had plenty of common space for others staying elsewhere to join for meals and hot tubbing! Some of the sleeping arrangements were a bit awkward (futon in the basement, twin room accessed through king room), but such a great price and worth it for the "toys," (hot tub, ping pong, cruiser bikes) that we really appreciated. Kitchen well stocked, and host company was super responsive - even helped immediately when the hot tub started misbehaving. Love Sunriver!

Perfect for large families or groups

We have stayed in about 10 different properties in Sunriver. This house works really well for large families or multiple families. There’s plenty of spaces for everyone to chill out. One quirky thing is that the bedroom with 2 beds connects to the middle master bedroom so anyone staying in that room has to go through the master to reach the bathroom or living room. Don’t forget your shampoo/conditioner/soap (only 1 tiny soap per sink provided) and some extra tissues/napkins/TP if staying more than 3 nights. Overall a great house for groups and pet friendly.

The house was pet-friendly and family- friendly. We had a great time during our stay. We loved the size the main dining table for our family of 10 for meals and playing games together! The hot tub was great all seven days we were there. We loved the outdoor seating and tables. The location was great for our family.

Loved it!

This is one of two houses we rented for a company retreat. It was awesome to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. There is helpful info on the entry table and in other logical places regarding the heat/air/electrical/fireplaces (good idea to review before everyone tucks in for the night!). Kitchen was excellently equipped. As noted in other reviews, the twin bedroom is only accessed through the king master. This wasn't a problem, but good to know! Communication with management was fast and thorough, and made check-in and check-out fast and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Sunriver 2021

The ping pong table and football table and the bikes were all used and enjoyed. However, we were very disappointed that we could not uses the swimming pools or any pool.

Great for a family stay!

We were an extended family of 11 with ages 8 to 74. It was perfect for us with room to congregate but also spread out. Wonderful deck for grilling, eating, and enjoying the spa. Also enjoyed the nearly daily visits from deer. We would definitely return!

Loved the house. It worked perfectly for us.

Felt like we were being nickled and dimed to death. Family members were coming from all over the country and early check in was only allowed an hour and half early and they wanted more money. Other family members renting from different companies were much more accommodating. At the same time our inbox is full of ads from Bennington Properties.

Our housekeeping team plans for our guests to arrive at 4:30, our check in time.  The only way we can ensure an earlier arrival (2pm) is with early arrival reservations so our housekeeping team can schedule to get everyone into their homes on time (unlike a hotel we are preparing specific homes for specific people).  This is certainly optional. Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We expected a first-class home and were disappointed. One significant sleeping area (with 4 beds) lacked a/c and the windows lacked screens. The lighting system malfunctioned and lights either remained on all night or couldn't be turned on. The ping pong table collapsed. The brick entryway was significantly uneven with several potential stumble points. The vacuum cleaner failed to function. The overall quality of the home was less than expected. Bennington Property's response to our complaints was appropriate as far as they could correct the problems. We would NOT rent this house again. .

Thank you Ruth and Tom for taking the time to write a review about your rental experience at 5 Sparks. Although I am disappointed to read your review and scores, given that we really bent over backwards in every way to make you comfortable during your stay and yet you do not even mention this. As we explained to you when you were here, this house had just come onto our program and there were things about it that we were just learning ourselves. All of the issues you mention were either corrected during your stay in a very efficient and timely manner or soon after your departure (the pavers which stood up a little in the entry in front of the house, for example). The ping pong table collapsed because they are not meant to hold heavy bags of groceries. I have been in this house myself and I find it to be a huge, spacious and very cozy vacation home. It is slowly becoming one of my favorites on the program, now that the minor issues have been corrected. Christina Guest Services Manager
