My husband and I both grew up vacationing in Sunriver and quickly fell in love
with the beauty, adventure, and peaceful feeling this area brings. Some of our
favorite childhood memories were made here — biking the trails, exploring
nature, and spending simple, meaningful time together. It has always been a
dream of ours to share this experience with our own children, and now we are
excited to share it with your family as well.
Sunriver offers such a friendly welcome — from the scenic paths and fresh
mountain air to the relaxing pace that lets families reconnect and make lasting
memories. Whether you are here to explore, unwind, laugh, or just enjoy time

We chose this neighborhood because of its ideal location within Sunriver. It offers the convenience of being just minutes from the North Store, making quick trips for groceries, coffee, or essentials incredibly easy.



One of our favorite features is the direct and convenient access to the bike trail system, which makes it effortless to enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer—from scenic rides and walks to easy access throughout the resort.

We also love how simple it is to get in and out of Sunriver for quick trips to Bend, whether for dining, shopping, or enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer.
