The pictures on the listing are SO OLD! Just stayed here and it was pretty dirty/musty smelling everywhere and the bathrooms are a whole other story. Half our group ended up in a hotel up the street because there was no AC in the room we were assigned.

Dear Madinson W, We are very sorry for confusing on this site, as it is so new for us, we did not know how to use this hosting site. Let us explain our real situation, we have two types of rooms: 1) private room with A/C the price is $20 per night 2) the shared dorm room with fan, the price is $5/person/night. For your whole booking of 15 people staying from Oct 09-12, 2023 the cost is $66.00 including tax. This price is impossible. However, we were confused that we did not know how to use the system on this platform. Also, during your stay, we offered the best we could, like water, we did not ask you for extra charge or anything,... We can't say much here, but we just want to explain the situation when you were at our home, and we do hope you enjoy your time in Cambodia. Kind regards, Dara, owner of Eco-home

I have been teaching English since 2004, my major is English, I have been working with NGOs, and with Education field, before I became a full time teacher I was a tourist guide, that was the chance I could travel around Cambodia, my own country. That was how I chose the job for being a teacher in order to help my own country to develop the human resource to build this country again to be up with the world.
As I am doing this family Homestay business is to offer the staff the chance to learn English with the good travelers who pass by our simple home, and I share the knowledge and experiences to the staff, and all the travelers who stay at home.

I also like making friends with the people around the world, and willing to work together for the better world.

You will will enjoy your stay at our Home as our staff are very friendly, and most of the time they are smiling, expect the staff's English is quite limited, but is the opportunity for you all to share them your language skills, not only that staying with you give the opportunity to grow, because we are paying for their university fees, and for their language class so as for the computer class as well.
*More than special thing is staying with us, you feel like you are at home with trust 100% about the history of the country or anything we know we can easily share that information to you.
