When returning from the beach, Guests must rinse off sand before entering the Condo. There is a Shower at the back gate for rinsing sand off.
Please donā€™t track tar into the Condo. We have Baby Oil and paper towels at the front entrance for removing Tar from feet.
There is a faucet and water hose just to the right of the front door for rinsing . Also return pool items and patio furniture to its original place.

Property manager was very communicative. Place was everything that stated on the app. Close by everything you could want to do in south padre. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Condo was a very nice place to stay, had a warm, cozy, homey feeling. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we had all the necessities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Enrique was wonderful. He answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Cute, spacious, and near the beach!

We loved our stay here. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, yay! The rest of the condo is open and roomy. The location is awesome. We walked to the beach multiple times a day with kids from 8-10 with no complaining. Itā€™s also close to shopping snd restaurants. We walked to a few stores and a coffee shop. Enrique was very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute Condo!! Great location!!!

We had a great time staying here with our kiddos for one last mini vacation before school starts. The condo is in a great location walking distance to the beach and there were many shops and places to eat nearby. The owners of the condo were super helpful and the decor in the condo was very much the beach feel which is what we were looking for. The pool was an added bonus as well. I plan on taking my family back again and would definitely stay here again!! šŸ˜Š

Great home at a great location

This is our second time staying here and Enrique is always a phone call away! He is very helpful and the house feels homey as always. The beach is about 3-4 minutes away (walking distance) . From the condo you are able to see the fireworks every holiday.

Relaxing in SPI

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! We had the pool to ourselves and it was literally a few minutes walk to the beach. Literally the best location! Really clean and comfortable beds. Love that there were tvā€™s in the bedrooms and the owners provided a lot of amenities! The only downside was the golf cart rental place next door, they played extra loud music all day until 3:00/4:00 am. Only thing that helped was you canā€™t hear it in the bedrooms. Enrique was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was fine. I was falsely accused of leaving broken wine bottle and smoking, neither of which was true. Owner refused to communicate with me regarding this and attempted to over charge me for clean up.

Summer Stay

The description of the property was exactly what we saw when we checked in! Everything was perfect and the host Enrique was very responsive to any questions that we had. The beach was just about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was an additional bonus! All in all, a very nice stay and looking forward to visiting back some time in the future!

PERFECT

The condo was very nice, and perfect for our family. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very nice and made sure we knew how to operate everything. We will definitely be staying again hopefully in the not too distant future. Location was great, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. We watched the fireworks from the driveway on the night before memorial day and they were very impressive. Overall it was a great weekend.

Very cozy and clean

The condo was very cozy and clean. It was very close to one of the beach accesses. The pool was cleaned, the house was very accommodating. The house included a cart to take to the beach, a cooler, sand toys, and an umbrella for the sun. The house also had Roku TV, Netflix, and youtube tv which we enjoyed since it was raining when we first arrived.

The property was great, but unfortunately the weather was not. (Clearly not the owners fault) so, were unable to use the pool, but did get to use the grill. We were glad the TV was equipped for our Netflicks account and decks of cards were provided for the rainy days we had. Two suggestions, but not deal breakers. I wish there was a place to leave our recyclables, not just in the garbage and the check out instructions were available earlier. Overall, a comfortable clean place to stay.

My wife (Erin) and I grew up in Brownsville, TX. We live in in Cedar Park, TX (near Austin) and we love coming down to South Padre Island to enjoy Island life.

Our Condo is in small complex, great location, we have an awesome pool, walking distance to the beach, we have a great of the Summer Fireworks from our front door.

We have a great view of the Bay and we are within mins of favorite restaurants. We hope you enjoy our Caribbean decor and the original artwork created by my wife's late father Bob Shaw.
