The whole property was wonderful.From the furnishings inside the condo (beds, couch, outdoor seating) and the chairs around the pool were very comfy and were not worn in/out at all.We had one minor issue with the TV outside (oh the horror.....kidding of course) and it was resolved within an hour.The pool, beach items/equipment were all top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be looking at booking again in the future with other family members it was that nice. Thanks for everything!!!
Pool area - we were spoiled and had it all to ourselves!
Be sure to wake up early one day and take the short walk across the street to see a beautiful sunrise.

This was our second year staying at Athena Ares. Everything was exactly as last year, so we were very happy about that. The property is very clean and well maintained. Management was quick to respond when contacted. We spent lots of time by the pool. There is a new gas grill, which we used frequently. There are several beach accesses right across the street. This condo is in a quiet location. We enjoyed some new dining options on the island. We also found some new local musicians to enjoy! We definitely plan to visit South Padre Island in the future!

The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, which that was a big plus. We loved that it was pet friendly.

Always a great stay

My family loves to stay at this location. It’s across from the beach, convenient to restaurants, has a great pool and the other guests have always been great to mingle with.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful place to stay with family. Location is perfectly across the street from beach access and the pool/spa were very relaxing. Pool table and TV outside were a big plus!

Loved the location.

Great Time!

The condo was great very spacious and the pool area was awesome. Really close to the beach access and a short walk to wanna wanna which is a plus for us and dedicated parking is a big plus in my book.

This property is very well maintained and clean.

Enjoyed with Family, the only issue was Internet signal which was reported and they helped us to fix it.Besides that everything was good.

Immaculate convenient property

Second time we have stayed at this property. Amazing place with eash beach accesd.

Perfect place for our family. Our second day was windy so we hung around the beautiful pool. Very clean with a nice little porch. Nice and quiet. Loved it!

Family holiday

We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
