Este condominio de una habitación con vista al jardín, se encuentra cerca de la piscina en el complejo superior y tiene una hermosa decoración hawaiana en toda la sala de estar y dormitorio. La cocina cuenta con amplias encimeras con nuevos gabinetes de cocina de madera. Nuestra sala de estar tiene una gran televisión con sofá cama, para un dormitorio adicional. En el dormitorio hay una cama king y el baño tiene ducha y bañera. Condominio tropical y confortable con sombra moderada y sol para un buen enfriamiento. Nueva lavadora / secadora. Área de escritorio de trabajo en el salón común. La cocina completa viene completa con refrigerador, cafetera, microondas, tostadora y todos los utensilios necesarios para las comidas en casa. Accesible para usted dentro de la unidad son ventiladores de techo, ropa de cama, lavadora y secadora, tabla de planchar, Internet de alta velocidad, así como un aire acondicionado en la habitación. Place was just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was ok. The tub was not in good shape, and the tap dripped, it needs an update, likely because of the all the sand. We had a broken cupboard door and the blind for the back door was falling off. The stove was an older model but worked fine. We found 1 cockroach inside the unit and only saw 1 outside in the hallway near our front door. The staff was friendly enough but not overly. We told them what was needing fixing and hopefully it will be done for the next people. We were close enough to walk to the beach. The pool was fine. Quiet time is 9pm to 8am so not the place to stay if you are late night party people, which we were ready for bed by 11 each night. Overall our stay was fine, just ok. If you are looking for an ok place for a fairly cheap price, this is it. No glitz or glam.

It’s a wonderful unit on the ground floor that opens into the grassy pool area and you can see the ocean from outside. Neighbors were friendly, and apart from a few ants in the kitchen - it was the oerfect place to stay!

We had to request barbeque tools there were 4 plates and very few glasses. There were no plastic cups for the pool and the utensils for cooking were extremely poor. We had to ask for the garbage bags that were meant to get us started. The carpet was a disappointment. No placemats for the glass table. This unit for the price was not at all worth it.

Probably the last time here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Hale Kamaole for years but will be looking for another place.The complex is looking rather shabby. The office staff were ok but they treated us as if we were lying when we stated we had no pool towels, as did the maid. The unit was ill kept, carpet stained, dirt in the bathtub from drain backup, lamps broken, no dish soap, no hand soap. We were very disappointed with the overall state of the complex.

Perfect spot

This condo suited our needs just perfectly! Everything was immaculately clean, the kitchen had all the supplies to cook a meal, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there was a beach umbrella and chairs in the storage. You're right across the street from a beautiful beach and big lawn where the neighborhood takes chairs and celebrates sunset nightly. We easily walked to the Natural Foods store for groceries and the smoothie/bagel place for breakfast. We decided not to rent a car this trip and with the location and easy walkability to shops and restaurants, we really didn't need to. Great trip, great location.

Reviewer Comments: We found the rental to be clean: carpets vacuumed and counter tops dusted and wiped down. Location was excellent: beach and pool access, restaurants, grocery stores. The complex was quiet and other occupants were very personable. The downside to this rental is it needs of a few updates. Plumbing needs attention, fresh paint on the walls would spruce things up, amenities were sparse, beach mats & chairs need replaced. We bought n left paper goods and soap. This rental's strength is its location and the grounds are well maintained.We would return but hopefully a few items will be addressed. We are planning to return with our adult kids & their families. One of our family members was raised on Maui & graduated from Baldwin. Aloha!

Very Nice

The property is lovely and quiet, with well maintained landscaping & gorgeous flowers. The patio was a great place for a relaxing breakfast; the living area is very comfortable; the kitchen was equipped with all the appliances, dishes, silverware we needed. The bedroom has an air conditioner and the bed is very comfy. If you are coming to dive, the property is a quick walk to the Kehei Boat Ramp; Kameole III beach is just across the street from this condo. It’s also within easy walking distance to shops & good restaurants. The only negatives are the tub/shower could have been scrubbed more thoroughly & you may want to replace that tub mat with non-slip stick-ons that won’t keep sand trapped; the black bars of soap would be better replaced by white, as they make a big mess after a couple days; and the bedspread/comforter and shams could stand to be replaced - shams are pilling and the filling in the comforter is getting pretty worn.

Bathroom needs work

Bathroom linoleum is peeling up and separated and the shower appears to be 1970s original. Unit 141 does have a very comfortable king size bed but the bedroom AC is deafening. The appliances are all old but functional. One small Sony TV in the living room. This unit is sorely in need of updating and perhaps that's why it was available at the last minute. Most importantly though the bed was great!

I love that there are 2 pool locations. The large garbage bins did get a bit overloaded near the end of my stay. I did try to connect with the concierge several times but they were not in on the hours indicated.

Looks are desiving

Reviewer Comments: Based on the photos I chose this property however upon arrival it was actually dated not as light and bright as the photos show and there was some key items missing, no blow dryer, no sink plug, no supplied tea towel, no plastic glasses to take to the pool. The phone did not work but was advertised as free calling, sliding glass lock lever was broken and not safe, most other units have an additional lock. Shower hot and cold reversed and we were not given this detail and the property manager did not know , I feel the owner should have told the property management company. I did purchase a sink stopper so we could wash dishes. Upon arrival the unit was clean we noticed the appliances old and dated you had to make ice with ice trays other units have updated their appliances. The Lani was crowded as there was a lounger that took up space so there was space to move the table around. The complex is very nice amenities great always clean and great location. Would try to stay in a different unit next time.

Our flight got in early so we headed to get our parking pass before the office closed. Kayla checked us in, she was so sweet and helpful. She was very organized. The whole check in experience took less than 10 minutes. She gave us some suggestions for places around the area and was also able to check us in a little earlier. We ran a couple errands and then came back and our place was ready. Our unit had a beautiful ocean view. It was very clean and it had everything we needed, including lots of towels. It is better than the description! The bed is super comfortable. The AC works great, it gets really cold we had to lower it several times. The unit has all the amenities we needed and more! There is even a closet on the outside with some beach toys and a small cooler that we used for the beach. The property is located right across the beach. We walked there every day and saw several turtles come up and sun bathe. Grocery stores and cafes were all so close by. Hale Kamaole is a true gem. We will stay here every time we visit Maui again. It made our wedding anniversary memorable.

The info that was emailed prior to arrival was easy to follow to get into condo. All amenities provided including beach items. Was a little concerned that the condo was at the back of the complex. But went out the lanai and the view was awesome and close to pool and bbq’s. Lots of parking no issues there. All in all was quite happy with the condo. I would rent it again.

Beach towels and chairs are there for your use which was nice. Great location for upper pool and bbq. We had a great time. Thank you. I would also update the coffee pot to something more modern. Bed was super comfortable but needs a new bedspread.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It should be understood that the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the support staff did a remarkable job. This condo complex is at least 30 years old and the owner remodeled most of the kitchen and bathroom. A lot of the items they did not replace failed during our 2 weeks there, such as the fan in the bedroom, air conditioner, kitchen faucet, toaster and the drain for the bathtub. The support staff addressed all these items in a timely manner and for that I give them credit. The condo location was good and clean and the furniture was very nice, The price of the condo was pretty steep but that is what you get when you book a condo only 5 weeks away, the realistic price ones were already rented. They sell tickets to attractions there and we bought several they were all good except the Tour to Hana ( via Dynamic Tours ) they are so disorganized what a disaster. You would be much better off driving yourself or take a different tour company.

Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay and the condo was clean & well maintained1) rugs were musty, so affected my allergies 2) convenient location - distance was convenient to everything: beach, 5 Palms, Wailea, grocery store & restaurants3) TV - needed instructions but couldn't find it so I played around w/the 2 remotes until I got something on TV4) late check-out - they were not able to accommodate late check-out even though next check-in wasn't until the next day.
