Overall good stay. Could use a few upgrades on the inside like lighting, cookware, and windows (upstairs screens and a working window in the bedroom on the lower floor). A small table on the deck would be helpful too. Great quiet location with beautiful views.

Easy Ski Trip Stay

The location was great and central to both skiing and downtown Breckenridge. The five of us staying were a bit cramped, we’d probably just stay 4 next time, but overall we had a great time!

Great location

This condo is great for ski in and ski out. The management company is also very prompt if you need anything. I stayed here with my wife and three kids. It was a little tight for space but it worked.

Ski, Cook, Rest and Enjoy Snow

I planned my trip in may 2022, I was there in january 2023. We have enjoyed so much to be near Ski Gondola to get Peak 8. My sons knowing skiing they tried Snowboard, my Wife and me keep skiing. We had great soft snow to ski and afternoons we could rest to recover for next day. Thank you VRBO a Resort Manager for our pleasant stay. We will be back.

Great location

Overall we had a good stay. We loved being able to walk to the Breckconnect gondola and downtown area. We enjoyed a hike on nearby Snowflake Trail, too. The condo had what we needed but was a little tired. There was not any room for a suitcase in the bedroom. The loft was fine for our teenagers, though one of the beds was very squeaky. The stairs seemed wobbly. The view of the trees and mountains along with the sounds of the rushing creek were beautiful.

Breck Break

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to Main St. Breckenridge. The views on the balcony were spectacular and the stream running through the backyard was idyllic. Unfortunately there is no A/C. Despite being there on very mild summer days with cool evenings, the temperature in the condo remained quite warm until the early hours of the morning even with the balcony door and all windows open, making sleeping quite difficult. Overall, very happy with the experience, but would choose somewhere with A/C in the future!

Quick walk to the Snowflake Lift and you can essentially ski to the parking lot if you have some decent snow on the ground. Quick walk to town too! Definitely will be looking at this condo and others in this building for the next trip. Condo itself is nice enough for a guys' trip. There is a buffet table in the living room that could go to make some more room. No issues with things not working properly though.

Could use a few upgrades (mostly just a better sharp knife and replacing at least 1 cooking pan - just small things), but really was comfortable and clean. The managers were fully available and very quick to respond to the couple of calls I needed to make. Would easily recommend, but probably not for 6 people as it would be a very tight fit! Favorite places were Old Man Berkins Bookstore - awesome used bookstore! Loved Cuppa Joe's for coffee and also avocado toast, smoothies and banana/similar style breads. Good, cheap tacos from the taco truck on N Main St (just walk north and it's on the west side of the street way down towards City Market, which is the grocery store.) We also liked Giampietro for Italian.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed here and had a good stay. Unfortunately my youngest brought some kind of bug with her and was sick. The laundry was not available when we were there so we had to wash a few things in the sink, no fault of property mgmt company though. We liked how the kids had their own private bedroom and bath area away from us. Even has a built in movement alarm with the steps that lead to it, hah. The room had everything we needed, a little area to stash skis, a humidifier, etc. I would suggest bringing a roku to use the smart TV with your own apps. The balcony faced the 4' o clock run so we could watch everyone skiing back in. We walked to town a few times, it is not too far. The walk to Snowflake lift for us flatlanders was a bit tough. Once you get to 4 oclock you have to walk a bit more and go over a road to the lift. Still a short walk, but it is uphill a bit. We had some snow and were able to ski back to the door of the building which was nice. Watch your toes going around the first floor bed, and the water temp is finicky. All in all it was a good value for a nice location. I would definitely consider staying here again. If you didn't want to walk uphill to get to Snowflake you can always walk down to the bus stop and hitch a ride to the main base areas.

Somewhat disappointing, specially bedding situation

The place was so much smaller than originally believed. Sofa bed mattress was not in well state at all. Management did not respond to my call. All else was fine. Easy setup/checkin and out. Great location. Walking distance to both peak 8 and 9 lifts.

The unit was pretty clean but a bit small for 6 people I would say it would fit 4 much more comfortably. The bedroom with the queen bed got very cold at night if the door to the main part of the condo was closed because there was quite a draft coming from the window and the heat vents to that room did not seem to be providing any heat. The hot tub was great and always hot as a hot tub should be. If you download the app that the laundry machines show on them you get $5 in free credit so we never actually had to pay for laundry so that was cool. Overall if you have a small group and are looking for a place you can ski into(walk to the lift) and is reasonably priced I would recommend here. Also you only get one parking pass for at the unit but if you have more than one vehicle we highly recommend parking in the “overnight area” of the Breckinridge “airport road parking lot” for only $5/night!
