Such a great place. Little creek babbling right beside the condo. Across the road from snowflake chair. If there is no snow, there is a nice hiking trail to the reservoir under snowflake chair. Easy walk to the gondola or downtown. Moose cow and baby visited our patio door. Plus there is a spa and 2 ski shops very close. We had some minor issues that were fixed right away. Communication with rental company was fantastic. Condo is very cozy. My suburban did not fit in the garage but there was ample parking outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy stay and so close to shops and activities. There was an issue with the back door not securing but otherwise everything was in working order. The stream outside the unit is peaceful and really gives the feel of a lil oasis.

Perfect Location

Skiing out and being virtually at our door after a long day on the slopes was amazing! This unit is spacious and comfortable, and we loved the fireplace each evening. We were there Christmas week and cooked each night and found the kitchen well equipped. The 3 Hot tubs at the community pool area were great for relaxing after a long day. We'll definitely check for this units availability in the future.

Breck Perfect!

This property served our stay in Breck perfectly with the Snowflake lift across the street and a quick jaunt down 4 O'Clock into town. We did not need a car. This is my second time staying at Antlers and i look forward to the third!!

This was a great place to stay. We ended up with a slight detour though. Be sure Google maps brings up 4 O’Clock Road and NOT 4 O’Clock Run Road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental pictures matched the property. We enjoyed walking across the street to Charter sports where we rented and stored our skis and boots every day we skied. The snowflake lift is right next to Charter sports. The management company was very easy to work with and resolved the issue with the master bathtub knob in a timely manner. Only complaint was there were four humidifiers in the unit of which not one of them worked properly.

Right across the street from the equipment rental (which included free overnight storage) and Snowflake chairlift, and a 5 min walk to the center of town (lots of shopping and restaurants). One issue at the rental unit (with the main TV), but the rental office dealt with it very promptly and pleasantly). We will be back!

Perfect location for ski in/out

Condo is great. Location is perfect; ski in/out, 1 min walk from the lift and ski rental! And a short walk to the town. Master bedroom/bath is great. The second bedroom/beds were a little small for my 2 sons; 21, 19 and 6 feet+ The garage definitely came in handy, as it snowed quite a bit one night and our jeep was ready to go the next morning.

Family Weekend Getaway

Great location, great condo! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Only issue was garage door would not open for us with the code provided and could not get Ski Country to answer the phone so we could not use the garage and we had two cars. Also pool hours were disappointing, 12pm-8pm. It would have been nice to use the hot tubs and pool at night.

The property was great and loved our stay in Breck! The location was excellent to walk into town, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We absolutely loved the stream right outside the window! Would absolutely come back to this condo.

If you like sleeping on the floor...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not a good experience. The primary bedroom did not have a bed, it was a mattress on the floor. The pictures advertised showed a bed. Nobody goes on vacation and wants to sleep on the floor. They said they would talk to management about compensation for this, but it has been a few days and I haven't heard anything. The sink in the primary bathroom did not drain. It was very hot in the night (no A/C) so I went to open a window, turn on the lamp and it didn't work. Go to use the microwave and it didn't work. Had to reset the breaker and then that actually did work. Also, all four of us had to shower in the guest shower b/c the main one we couldn't get the hot water and the shower to work at the same time. One night we woke up to a PIERCING loud smoke detector going off over our mattress on the floor, it was out of batteries. They did come and replace those. I will say the location is perfect if you can deal with the rest of it. Pretty disappointing.

Not a pleasant experience - dangerous to stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had to watch TV in the bedroom because cable didn't work on main TV, so sat on the bed and the frame broke, stopped by the day at property management company and they sent a maintenance guy came in to fix it but didn't. Had to ask him to put mattress on floor so we could sleep on it. Couch had sharp piece of metal sticking out about 2", walked by and caused a 6" cut on my foot. Avoid this location unless you like sleeping in twin beds when paying for a king and bandaging you foot because their furniture is broken and outdated. You'll still be expected to pay the full amount though, avoid this property and this property management company.

Great, quiet spot in Breck!

Great location just off the main road. Loved the little stream running by- was lovely with the windows open in the summer. Large living room, comfortable beds. Easy in and out :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I planned a ski trip to celebrate my son’s 50th birthday party. We had a wonderful time, the snow conditions were great. The condo (Antlers B23) was a short walk (100ft) to the Snowflake Lift. The condo was nicely furnished and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations.There were two shortcomings. Number one was that no recycling was available. Number two was that the property management staff was not helpful in regards to having left my AirPods at the condo. When I talked to the representative, he was not helpful and even when transferred to the general manager, she could only repeat three times that they were not responsible for lost items. Even though I accept responsibility for lost items, i would have expected better service. I would expect the property manager to develop a policy to handle this issue more tactfully and responsibly in the future.

The main bedroom had no curtains or blinds which was a bit awkward. There are 3 humidifiers in the condo and only one worked. One was cracked badly and one never turned on. The furniture could stand to be updated and or replaced in the living room.

Location is Key!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location! Steps from the snowflake lift, and ski back home at the end of the day. With 3 kids in tow, this made vacation so much easier. The condo itself was good... furnished nicely, enough space, easy access. Not modern, but doesn't need to be. Parking lot is tight - and a larger SUV will not fit into the garage. We walked to town a few nights, and it is a very easy walk. There were some mold issues on the wood in the master bathroom. The only big negative was that the pool is not on the property, so the description is a little misleading. It is not really within walking distance in the winter, so this was a disappointment to the kids.

Had a great time in Breck with a great property. It was in the negative temps and a couple pipes froze. Property manager got plumbers to fix promptly.

Great location, beds need upgrading

Great little place convenient to Snowflake lift and downtown. Bed were universally hated by all 4 guests. If not completely replacing mattresses, at least a mattress topper is recommended. These are people not too picky about mattresses and all were considering the pullout couch or floor to be more comfortable.

Best location!

We just left this property and hated to leave. We have been coming to Ski this area for 8years and this has been our favorite location so far for skiing. You are literally across the street from Charter rental and the chairlift. There is also a ticket window right there also if you need to get your lift tickets. We parked the car in the garage when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left. We were able to walk downtown. There is also a free shuttle you can take downtown and back if you want. It is a hill so it can be a bit slick in the winter. The unit had plenty of space for us and had everything you needed to cook. They provided a starter set of toilet paper and shampoo and dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, and a couple laundry detergent packs. There we’re a few spices and salt and pepper but nothing else. That was ok for us since we have rented many times and always bring what we need just in case. There is a coffee pot but no coffee provided. Plenty of towels! We did not use the offsite pool and hot tub but there is a jetted tub in the master. The guys literally were able to ski feet from the back door. The only cons would be that the living room furniture is a bit dated and the master bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing you couldn’t deal with for a short stay. The management company was great to work with and answered any questions I had. You will not be sorry renting this unit! We have already said we will stay here every time we come to Breckenridge!

Great Almost Ski In/Out Property

Perfect for a family of four - Great location. Ski lift across the street and ski back to behind condo. Very walkable location, walked to town and Dinner.

Having started as a mining town in the late 1800s, Breckenridge has seen a lot more than just the transition from single seated chairlifts to Quad Super Chairs and Gondolas… You know that saying “If these walls could talk?” We’re sure that’s how every meticulously maintained building in our Downtown Historic District must feel. We, as locals, work hard to preserve the history and feel of this Victorian Style themed town and many of the buildings lining Main Street are originals from the old mining days. The Breckenridge locals are proud of their town’s past and eager to tell stories of its colorful history. We also encourage visitors to take part in one of the many historic tours that Breckenridge offers, either by foot or horse drawn carriage or sleigh.
