The owners are very friendly and go beyond to make sure that you have a great stay. This location was just right for fishing and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I would book this again.

We had a great time at this condo! The location was perfect close to Jewfish, the beach (across the street), and all the best restaurants. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bob was amazing and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and was very spacious for two adults and two teenage boys. . The view of the bay was beautiful. Bob was great. Would recommend this property.

Great location

Super cute with an excellent location. Ocean and bay view. Property is on the third floor with steps as the only access. So make sure you’re good with that. We had a great time!

Perfect Stay

My family had an amazing stay at Siesta Sunrise. Perfect location, especially if you love Sunrises. Morning coffee on the balcony is priceless, sit back and enjoy. Quick walk to an amazing beach. Bridge Street is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Bob is easy to communicate with and responsive. I pray I can stay here again one day.

Loved the location. Seeing the sunrise and sunset. Easy access to the beach. Clean and well cared for. Bob went over and above in his care for us. Loved being supplied with beach chairs and umbrella, with some beach toys also. The umbrella there had rusted and broken. When I let him know it was replaced within a couple of hours. Wasn’t expecting that. Was fixing to go purchase one. If we return (we like to go different places) I would definitely be contacting Bob.

Beautiful Views

Siesta Sunrise did not disappoint. The sunrises were beautiful right from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was exactly as described. My husband fished from the dock and we saw sheepshead, snook and different species of crab. Bob was awesome to work with and very fast to respond to questions.

Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful time in a perfect location! Our condo was clean and had all the necessary toys, plus! We loved sunrise mornings on the bay side, and 1 block to the sunsets. Can’t wait to go back!

Exceeded expectations

The property is in an excellent location. The bayside deck is really nice, and watching all the activity in the inter coastal was more fun than I expected. You can see the Gulf on the other side from the bedroom window. Really walkable, good restaurants, live music, beautiful beaches, not much more you could ask for. I wish dogs were allowed on the walkway next to the beach though. The free trolley is another nice perk. It's a bit of a walk up three flights of stairs though.

Great place on Bradenton Beach

The location of the property was great. Less than half a mile to Bridge Street and only blocks from Cortez and Coquinto beaches (which has changing stations, bathrooms and a small restaurant). views of Sarasota Bay from the balcony and glimpes of the Gulf from the bedroom windows was awesome. Transportation throughout Anna Maria Island was great - my favorite was the Monkey Bus (free just tips - but soo fun)!

2022 vacation

This was an awesome property. Very clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of the Bay in the back and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Bob, the host was very good at communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was during an evacuation for Hurricane Ian and Bob made sure we had all of the information regarding evacuating and returning to the island after the storm. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Steps from the beach!

Great location and super cute condo. Attentive property manager. TIP: if you want to book the dock space (1) do it before paying if you are counting on it. There is 1 space to multiple units and reserving it is a process.

A Slice of Heaven

A lot of time was spent enjoying the view from the deck which overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway. Early mornings were spent meditating, drinking coffee, and watching the dawn of a new day. From the colorful sunrise, to the laughing gulls leaving their roosts to fly to the beaches to the Magnificent Frigate birds leaving the mainland and heading out to sea to the pelicans heading north, once dawn came, the skies came alive. The fishing boats headed out at dawn for their days work. Evenings were spent at the beach, a mere two minute walk, to watch mind-boggling sunsets. An easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and long walks on the beach make this an ideal vacation location. The condo is comfortable and well-equipped.

Moonlight waterway porch

This 2 BR/2Bath condo made me want to liquidate our family home and live beach time always. The porch with waterway dolphins, jumping fish, dock, and sparkling water exudes peace for coffee in ams and cocktails/books in pms when children sleeping. We ate lunches and suppers on porch most days. Clear aqua ocean peeks from master bedroom window keeps you in touch with day activities. We saw manatees, dolphins, great shells on the point. We were able to snorkel just off beach; the ocean was like clear warm pool water. The sunsets were a fully enjoyed nightly event! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. When reading reviews some complained about beach chairs and towels but owner must have listened because the ones in the closet were great. We booked for next year!

Bradenton Beach House

Great place for a family of 4 in a great location. Our kids were so happy to be able to fish from the pier, or take the short walk to the beach. The house has everything you'd need as well.

Pros - perfect location on bay and steps away from beautiful ocean; condo decor lovely Cons - old, rusted and stained beach chairs and umbrellas; one umbrella had large hole as well as incorrect pole to secure; most of the towels and linens were stained despite owner indicating they were replaced (inquired pre-stay based on an earlier review) Would have considered a return to property had it been cleaned a little better and those small but important amenities been considered

Can't beat this location!

My family (husband, 14 YO son, 11 YO daughter) and I stayed at Bob's condo for a week in March. The location is fantastic! The balcony overlooks the bay and the ocean and white sand beach are just across the street. We barely used our car the whole week. We able to walk to Bridge Street for dining, shopping, ice cream, dolphin tours, and fishing. We were also able to walk to the Coquina Beach market and Leffis Key Preserve. It was great to no tbe stuck in traffic on the island. The condo is very clean, beds are comfortable, and I appreciated that he had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available. We had to contact Bob for a couple of minor things and he was always available and ready to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Family reconnect/Rest and Relax

This property provided us with exactly what we were looking for. We could sit on our deck and watch the sun rise in the morning or walk across the street to watch the sun set in the evening. The property was clean and well maintained. We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy a much needed "Island Getaway". Bob frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was all that we expected. The beach and the surrounding community were clean and well maintained. Community members were welcoming and friendly. Our plan is to return on a regular basis - The Andersons
