About this property

Beautiful Waterviews in Southampton Shores

Fully renovated top to bottom. Heated pool, water views, massive bbq, four bedrooms, three full baths and two pull-out couches. New kitchen, floors, windows, etc. Designed with comfort in view. Everything new! The large master bedroom has two walk in closets and en suite bathroom.

As Southampton Shores residents, our guests have access to and can walk to a private bay beach as well as three tennis courts for your use. Heated pool is private to the house.

Guests can use everything! The kitchen is fully stocked, beach towels are provided as well as bathroom towels, shampoo, condtioner, condiments, spices, etc. Laundry, all appliances, complete kitchen with all the tools you need, garage space for bicycles, kayaks or SUPs. The house is yours!

We are happy to swing by for any needs you might have, but we’re also happy to leave you in privacy enjoying the house and the Hamptons as you wish. You set the pace. If you need us, we’re available, but otherwise we stay out of your hair.

Please note: ALL guests will be provided with one full propane tank for pool usage. Refills will be paid by the client from the security deposit.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful time staying at Juliette's home in Southhampton! The pictures don't do it justice- the house is even more beautiful in person, it's well kept and very clean. Everyone in my group raved about how beautiful the house is! Juliette was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possible need. We have stayed at 3 properties in the Hamptons during COVID. This was the best of the 3. We wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked.

Excellent home and location

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is perfectly set up with all the cooking utensils and spices we needed, and very comfortable to spend time indoors and outdoors. The pool is very large and heated so we could still enjoy it as the weather changed to fall. The location is incredible, a safe neighborhood to walk my dog and a very lovely beach a quick walk away. I would definitely stay here again

Best house!!!

This house was so perfect for our mini wellness retreat. Everything is brand new and very clean. The neighborhood is right down the street from the private bay beach, but ocean side beaches are not far (I recommend Road D for public and free but feels private it’s gorgeous!). Juliette is also amazing!

This rental was perfect for the weekend! The rental process was seamless and the home was spotless. I would recommend this rental to anyway. Although we were a group of adults. It’s a great set up for kids as well.
