Winter Vacation

The house is even prettier in person than the listing. Everything you could possibly need was there and they had so many directions to help your stay be comfortable. The area is beautiful and calm but still has some good stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful! Clean, comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you need, and things you didn’t realize you needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. We were attending a wedding in Monroe, and the location was perfect. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was absolutely clean and well stocked. It was well decorated and beds were comfortable and rooms very cozy. The listing was accurate and communication with the property manager, very, very good. Usually, the pictures are better than the property but not this case. We will be remember this home again for future rentals. Excellent.

Beautiful & Enjoyable Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly like the photos and absolutely beautiful. I brought utensils thinking they may be needed - however the house was fully stocked with necessities. The rooms were spacious and homely and there were more than enough for everyone. Icing on the cake was it snowed on our last day. Beautiful scenery and home. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

Best experience we could have ever asked for! This home is absolutely stunning and has EVERYTHING you could need! So beautiful, clean , and comfortable! The host was wonderful to deal with and so helpful! They provided many suggestions on places to eat ( all of which were delicious) and visit along with helpful tips in navigating the city. We came for a family trip and had 9 of us in this home and every one of us had the best time and was comfortable!! All the beds are very comfortable! We highly recommend this home and will most definitely be coming back! Thank you Donald & Andrea for making this available for all to enjoy and for making our family trip to New York even more special!

This was a fantastic stay all around. Great hosts - available, helpful, welcoming. The house is huge and 8 people slept comfortably. Everything we needed was there and then some - we're big coffee drinkers and we counted at least four different ways to make our individual particular morning brews. Everything was clean and tidy and there was lots of natural light. The outdoor space is great for a big group. The property has neighbors nearby so it didn't feel isolated, but it still felt very private with all of the trees and greenery. Plenty of parking and a huge washer/dryer. Just a lovely place to visit for a few days or a week.

House has everything you’ll need and more

We were thrilled to see the house was exactly as advertised. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms were great for sharing. The kitchen is brand new and has top of the line appliances. Three different coffee makers, a pound of locally roasted coffee, and cream in the fridge greeted us. The property is beautiful and you hardly notice a neighbor. The Village of Warwick is where we spent most of our time. This is a small town and it was great to see that everyone in the cafe knew each other. We’ll be staying here again!

Fantastic Stay! Great location, Great Place, Great Hosts

Cannot say enough about the house and the hosts. House was perfect for our stay. We were there for our son's graduation from West Point. We had family in from all over the country. It was great for everyone as a gathering place. In fact, we did not eat out one time although we had plans to. The house was so perfect for gathering, talking and spending time together that we just made impromptu meals there. The host Andrea was very responsive and attentive. I cannot say enough about her. We have now arrived back in California and upon reflecting on the graduation, the ceremonies and the trip, it was a truly special occasion and where we stayed was a big part of making it special.

Great getaway!

The location is beautiful. We had our privacy but there were still other houses on the street where this property is. My wife does not like when there is noone around. The house was very clean and modern, just the way we like it. Everything was functional. Andrea who is the property owner stayed in touch with us the entire time. She was so kind to order a safety gate for the stairs for our twin toddlers. She has done a fabulous job with the decorations. The place is very homely, inviting and rejuvanating. They have created this clearning of the ground in the backyard. I took long walks there and it was a very grounding experience. Would love to come back and stay there again! Thank you

This home has everything you need for a great stay; large bedrooms with good beds and televisions; nice kitchen with quality glassware and dishes; tons of pans we didn’t use; coffee maker (stocked); nice full size washer and dryer; lovely deck, partially covered with fan; big den with huge TV over fireplace; music room; games; big yard with wandering turkeys from up the road. Very close to Renaissance Faire, although attending same was voted down. 😢 close to AT trailhead. Nice enough to live in and super nice to rent.

Peaceful and Relaxing Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The property looked exactly as portrayed on the website. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet location and we spent a good deal of time on the outside deck. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything one would need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. The only recommendations I would make is to oil the ceiling fans because they squeak when operating and fix the bathtub drain in bathroom 2 upstairs because it drains very slowly.

Place was very well appointed and comfortable accommodations. Disappointed that the outside grill was not functionable for grilling and that the whirlpool tub in the master suite was also not functionable. Two key elements that would have gotten it a 5 star.

Fantastic!

This was our second stay at the beautiful Warwick Retreat, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house is gorgeous, and immaculately clean. They have everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Each room has comfy beds, tons of towels, etc. There are so many thoughtful details and touches throughout the house to make your stay more comfortable. We skied each day at a nearby mountain and then relaxed each night at the house. We felt very much at home and will definitely return.
