We had a very nice relaxing stay. We felt at home. We bought fire logs and enjoyed the fireplace. The hot tub was enjoyed as well. It was a nice option for a winter visit. The house was just as described. It did take a little to get used to the sound of baseboard heaters the first night but they kept the home warm and cozy.

The house was very nice; spacious and clean with the exception of a few cobwebs here and there but we had a great time. Location was great and the scenery was something out of a book! Hosts were responsive and communicated everything with us beforehand as well as throughout.

House was very clean and comfortable, and owner was very responsive. Only very minor things that prevented 5 stars; less utensils and pots/pans/dishes than at other units rated 5 star, although we were able to cook everything we wanted. Just had to improvise a little. No towel bars in bathroom, no dresser in bedroom, very minor stuff. Overall we would come here again.

You will love the 9 mile scene of Greenwood Lake, Town of Warwick.

What makes this property unique

Spacious Family style home sitting on 1/2 acre property with an inlet on one side. You will fall in love with the view from the large gazebo and wrap around deck that leads to the hot-tub! Or you might prefer the stunning view while dining inside. Not to mention, is the view from the Master Suite upstairs. There is also a two car garage and a driveway that parks 4 cars easily.
