Amenities include 55'' HD flatscreen, secure high speed internet, hd expanded cable channels, new small appliances, linens and bath towels, beach chairs, full size washer and drier, keyless entry. Unit overlooks pool and a block from the sugar white sand beach and Pompano Joe's!!

Very nice location. Nice to be within walking distance of the beach, entertainment, and eateries. Parking lot was horrible and the TVs didn't work well in bedrooms. Beds weren't super comfy but overall a nice stay.

We were very comfortable staying here. Beautiful home . Everything we needed. Owner very nice and checks in to see if you need anything. We trailered our motorcycles fron Pa. Parking is not for trailers, only thing we had to worry with. I'd love to return, everyone was so nice. Great vacation! March 2026

David is a super host! The property location was amazing, only 3 minute walk to Miramar Beach and Pompano Joe’s. The condo was big for our family and clean on arrival. Two upstairs bedrooms both with en suite. Only issue with bedrooms is listing said they were king & queen when they were actually queen and full. The bedroom deck is on the main bedroom in front of condo, not much to look at on the street. Plus the deck boards badly need replaced. They had beach chairs and umbrella to use, what a Godsend! Highly recommend staying here for 4-6 people.

Kitchen was stocked with pans & utensils. Any seasonings beyond salt & pepper you need to bring or buy. We stayed for three weeks so It would have been nice to have more coffee filters & dishwasher pods. House was clean, quiet condo building and good location. Plenty of towels and appreciated having a washer and dryer. Nice to sit on the deck overlooking the pool. There were books and games to use. It would be nice to have a list of a few “favorite or suggested “ places for pizza, ice cream & eat. I find it helpful to try places others have experienced, as online review are not always helpful.Communication with host was great. We’d stay here again and definitely recommend to others.
