About Property Manager
We're the Simpson family from Vermont. We are avid snowboarders and skiers and enjoy surfing, paddle boarding, golf and yoga. We fell in love with Sayulita from the start and hope you will enjoy the many shops, dining and sport activities it has to offer. Sayulita is a perfect blend of an authentic Mexican pueblo and a modern bohemian village.

Family fun at Casa Angel
Well this was a beautiful experience in every way. Thanks to Eric the property manager, we felt completely comfortable and safe and knowledgeable about the beautiful town of Sayulita. The location and property are safe, easy to find, and the view from the top of the hill is spectacular. We especially enjoyed the lightning and thunder every night. It was a majestic place. We also loved the many animals we saw: birds, iguanas, geckos, butterflies, etc. The home itself is clean and well-kept. The salt water pool was our kids’ favorite part. The air conditioner was a lifesaver in the rooms for a few hours at bedtime. Renting a golf cart for transportation around town is 100% worth it.
And the only hiccup was the washing machine was unable to be used due to a water shortage, and I was planning on the luxury of laundry. So that was a disappointment, especially given the heat and humidity made everyone in our family stinky at all times. But again Eric helped us get some laundry done and I experienced hand washing my clothing for the first time, which inspired gratefulness for my laundry situation back in the states.
Otherwise it was a beautiful city, amazing food, and Casa Angel really was the most beautiful place. We will be back!
Thank you for you’re review! I’m glad Eric was able to help you out with your laundry situation during the water storage. Sayulita does go through periods of low water availability and usually we have no problem. Thank you for your patience! Thanks for visiting us at Casa Angel!
Wonderful stay, excellent local host
We had a great time staying at Casa Angel. The house is as gorgeous as the pictures suggest. The property has coatis and iguanas in the backyard, which was fun for everyone. View is incredible. The hill to the house is steep- get a golf cart! Pool was regularly serviced, housekeeper was lovely and kept the house very clean. We would for sure stay here again.
Thank you for staying with us at Casa Angel and writing such a nice review. We’re happy you had a nice visit, please come back again! Sally
Casa Angel was awesome!
We had a lovely time! Our favorite part was the pool side view of Sayulita beach was the best! We spent a few days planted there all day. The kitchen at Casa Angel is well equipped. We went shopping at the La Comer Super on the way from the PV airport.
For eating out, we loved the food at Mary's (we had the empanadas, chicken flautas, tacos, chips and guac). The pizza from Pizza Venezia is pretty good (they say it's the best), but it's actually better the next day in the oven at Casa Angel to really crisp up the authentic Italian crust.
Eric (the property manager) is super responsive and was very helpful with tips about places to visit and how to get there.
The only 4 star response was because the satellite was out when we were there, but that was of little consequence since we could hook our computer up to the TV with an HDMI connector (found behind the TV) to project from our Netflix account.
We would definitely stay at Casa Angel again!
Thank you so much you review, our staff was happy to have you. So sorry about the satellite, that happens sometimes in Mexico, thank goodness for Netflix! Please come and visit us again. Sally
This house is a gem. I would give ten stars if I could. Casa Angel was perfect for our family of four. It is a jungle oasis tucked away in the hills above the beautiful town of Sayulita. The location is ideal - far enough from town to offer total seclusion, yet still only a short walk or golf cart ride to the town center. We could not be happier with our choice to stay at Casa Angel!
Thank you so much for your review! The staff aims to please and please visit Casa Angel and Sayulita again. It was a pleasure having you!
Part of me doesn't want to write this review. I'd rather keep Casa Angel as a secret, a paradise only my family and I will know about and enjoy. A home perched on the beautiful hillside of Sayulita, with an amazing pool from which we watched sunsets every evening, with a cleaning/pool service team that was courteous, thoughtful and thorough, with an option to have delicious home-cooked meals brought in by Carmina (unbelievably good), with a house manager/concierge that helped us with ANY kind of detail, almost reading our minds on what we needed and when. Nope, I'm not going to write a glowing review -- I'm keeping Casa Angel to ourselves. :)
Thank you Carly, Carmina and Eric loved having you as quests. Please come visit anytime! Sally
Sayulita is an active surfing and fishing town. Stand up Paddle has become a major attraction on the town beach. Lots of restaurants and boutique shopping within walking distance.
