Overall the house was okay - the pictures were just a bit misleading as they must have been taken when the house was brand new. At the time of our stay, the home had decent wear and tear. The carpet was terrible, two spots in cut out and replaced with a piece of carpet, but also stains on the remainder in the master bedroom. The couch shown was a large fabric sectional, but actually had teal leather couches. Different bar stools - very tippy for children. Part of the soffit missing and a bird was stuck inside. And just overall staining and wear on the home, run down bedding. However, anything that we disclosed to the management company that could be taken care of during our stay was taken care of, and was done so in a timely manner. The pool / hot tub heat worked great and was ready for us.

Orlando Family Trip

We had such a great time here. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, the movie room, the game room and the pool. The resort was awesome and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The Fun House

Our family had a wonderful time. The children insisted on sleeping in all the decorated rooms, switching daily. Very nice home.

Impress the kids and the adults!

Kids were amazed with the home from the themed bedrooms to pool and movie room. Everyone had a ‘master bedroom ‘. Only 7 miles to Disney. Best part was only 1 mile of it was on the highway which was frequently backed up.

Great house!

The home was very nice. To much technology, which made it difficult with the TV's.. We were unable to use the pool and spa until Tuesday, July 26, due to a malfunction of the heater in the pool. The water was way to hot to get in. We could hear the propane tank the entire time. Had to call several times before someone came out to check it out. Central Pool Company also notified Magical Vacation Homes of the problem when they came to home to do weekly servicing of the pool on Friday, July 23rd. I also called while they were there to let you know about the problem. Someone finally came on Saturday, July 24th about 4 pm to fix problem.. The pool did not cool down for us to be able to use before Tuesday, July 27th. I feel some adjustment for the amount I had to pay for the house should be made for us being unable to use the pool for 6 days of our vacation. You might want to tell the housekeeping crew to check the dryer vents on homes. This dryer vent was full of lint (fire hazard). There were only 2 teaspoons in the kitchen. ( I had brought plastic ware with us). There was a crock pot without a ceramic pot and no lid. The maintenance man for the TV's aid he would report it. Also the lights in the refrigerator didn't work. He told me that Whirlpool had to take care of this.. The second floor Master Bathroom shower would not drain. Water up to your ankles, even after my son-in-law poured a whole bottle of Drano in it. He took a hair clog out before using the Drano. I would suggest that the light switches should be labeled ( like the TV remotes were for each room) as we had to keep flipping switches to find the right one we wanted. This is a simple fix like the TV's being marked with tape. I don't know if Magical Vacation Homes was also responsible for the home next to us,7563 Excitement Dr.. The people who checked into that home Thursday, July 29th partied all night until 4:30 am. My son-in-law finally yelled down to them from their balcony at 1:30 am. They did not follow the quiet time from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am that was it the manual for the house. They also did this again on Monday, August 2nd. They also were smoking :"skunkweed and cigars", that drifted over into our pool area. I did ask one of the occupants when he was outside to try and smoke it on the other side of the pool. I was sick, vomiting and headache, from their smoke drifting to our pool area. The house was great for the 3 teenagers we had with us.
