Homestead Estate is a luxurious 4 bedrooms, 3 and half bath on the main house and in-law house to the front of the home separated by a private pool and spillover spa, movie theater, arcades, two kids-themed bedrooms, and more. This home has luxurious furniture throughout that will allow you to relax and unwind on your next vacation. Being only 6 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, this villa has everything you need for a vacation.The home features three master king suites, two bedrooms, a private courtyard pool, and a spillover spa. The private pool and spillover spa allow you to relax and enjoy the Florida sun with patio furniture. Whether it is during the day or at night, you will have a blast in the pool area. Once you enter the home, you will be greeted by the beautiful foyer area.

On the ground floor, you can find a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Head towards the living area, where you can find the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the elegant dining table to seat 6. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating and 75-inch SMART TV. Enjoy the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course views just as you step out to the balcony area.On the second floor, you can find a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids will love having the opportunity to choose their favorite themed bedrooms, both with a twin over full bunk bed. Both kid’s bedrooms have their own 40-inch SMART TV and share a full bathroom. In the loft area, you can find a pool table, 55-inch SMART TV, and seating for a friendly competition. The loft area has access to the balcony area where you can enjoy beautiful views of the golf course throughout the day.

Across the courtyard, there is the Annex where you can find an upstairs master suite with a king-size bed with a large SMART TV, full bathroom, and loft area. The loft area features a table for card games, a small kitchenette, another TV, and a day bed with two twin beds.

If you are looking for more fun in the annex, head downstairs for your private game room featuring two commercial-grade pop-a-shots, Golden Tee Golf, and a multicade for you and your loved one to enjoy. If you don't feel like playing, grab popcorn and choose a movie to watch in your private theatre. The fun is guaranteed in Homestead Estate!

I don’t know where to begin, but I’m going to try: ac and heat was not working properly, coffee machine was making 2 ounces of coffee and to have full cup we have to repeat that 8 times, no working lights in one bedroom, bed mattress are old and not comfortable to sleep, kitchen cookware are old, bathroom plumbing not drain properly and tv remote controls need battery , home is in nice location and looks good but needs a lot of maintenance to function properly, never going back to this property again

The house was spotless clean and has the potential to be a great rental. No inventory which means insufficient glass ware, cook wear, and coffee mugs. The pool table is wrecked and has been for over 12 months (see previous reviews) yet no action taken whatsoever to resolve by local agent/cleaner and or the host. Waited until day 6 of 9 day of our rental to be supplied with oven gloves, wine glasses and a corkscrew for the princely sum of 50 from Amazon. The pool table needs replacing or refurbishing and the basketballs in the game room are flat as pancakes. It would cost less than 1000 to make the suggested changes!

I was really excited to find this place, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The property itself is beautiful, and the furnishings look like they’re straight out of a magazine — but that’s where the positives end.The cleanliness was terrible. There was visible dust on the walls, and our allergies were immediately triggered. The walls need to be washed and repainted, and there was hair tangled in the dust. Several things were broken, including the garbage disposal, the coffee pot, and the microwave top. The pool table pockets were literally taped together, and the thermostat couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature, making it difficult to sleep.We were also given just one towel per person and one washcloth per bathroom,5 people, 3 washcloths, and they were so thin you could see through them. When I asked for more, I was met with a lecture about using air dryers instead of towels (not helpful, especially since my daughter is sensitive to loud sounds). When I finally received more “washcloths,” they were actually hand towels. I ended up ordering real washcloths from Amazon myself.Communication with the host was also poor. He only reached out the day before our stay. I had to repeat information multiple times, and he wasn’t helpful when we needed access to the clubhouse, he didn’t know where the front office was.This property really needs to shut down for a couple of weeks for deep cleaning and maintenance. Bring it back to the beautiful place it wants to be.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures accurately portray the property. Bed rooms are nice size and the pool/hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks! We are frequent travelers to the area and I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing for my family stay over spring break in late March 2025. Teens were thrilled with game room, pool table, and pool area. Adults were thrilled to have separation from kids on the opposite side overlooking golf course. ;). Easy to get around Orlando and Kissimmee. Would recommend!

17th Birthday getaway

The property was amazing my daughter and her friend had a blast! They loved the movie theater and swimming pool! Me and my wife also enjoyed the stay! Kenny was very helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Non functioning items

We were anxious to have a BBQ (old and rusty inside) for supper the first night but it did not function. We were unable to light it up. We contacted Kenny by text and it was a bit difficult to make him understand by text so we called him and spoke to him and perhaps his his strong chinese accent was the problem, but he sent a very nice, Larry, to deliver a brand new BBQ 3 days later. Also we had paid for the BBQ and also the pool herter which also did not work, but was fixed 2 days later. Kenny told us on the phone that he would not charge us for the BBQ for our 2 week stay and also refund us for 2 days of not having heat in tour pool. The washas not yet been reimbursed. We also never used the play room as the machines all needed coins or tickets to work which we did not expect to pay for also the tv in the play room did not work unless we subscribe to an app that we were not familiar with! also

A good option with quick access to the attractions

We stayed for 5 days at this property in Jan/Feb. it provided plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our vacation without being crammed into a small hotel room or rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. The house is on the golf course but not at a point where golfers will interrupt your stay unless they have a massive slice. We used pretty much all aspects of the house and with only a few minor exceptions, everything worked as expected. With the cooler days prior to our trip, the pool was too cool to get much use out of, but would be nice to cool off in the summer. We were able to access all Disney properties without having to get on I-4 or toll roads. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

Christmas Vacation

The house was beautiful and fit my family of 10 perfect. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only down side was not enough towels and wash rags for everyone so we had to bring some from home and the king sz beds were not very soft.

Fun home and neighborhood!

We had an amazing stay at this property where they had so much to do just within the home itself and within the community. There is a nice size playground across the street from the home and a mini golf down the street. Within the neighborhood there is also a water park which is nice for summer outing. In the mother in law suite there was two full size basket ball games and a couple old school legitimate arcade which is nice for those who want to stay a up late and play and hangout which is separate from the main house. We have two toddlers and we appreciated that the owners were thoughtful in fencing the pool and even had a crib onsite for our niece and a small kid table on the back patio facing the golf course. All in all, would recommend!
