The house is spacious, wide, well lit, well ventilated, safe and with guaranteed privacy. Very cozy and quiet environment.
Townhouse with 3 upstairs suites that comfortably seats up to seven people. The downstairs has living room, kitchen, toilet, laundry, balcony and barbecue. It also has vacancies for up to 5 cars.
All rooms have keys and the guest receives a key from the bedroom door to lock whenever they leave or wish.
We provide bed and bath linen during the stay.

The neighborhood is great, in prime area, with excellent infrastructure and security standard. It has bars, restaurants, banks, hospital, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries very close to our residence, allowing walking.
We like to welcome and make new friends and people from all backgrounds are warmly welcomed in our home.

We are in an easily accessible location to the main points of the city, with several bus lines and 25 minutes by bus or 15 min by car from the Jardim São Paulo subway station.

Main points of the city close to the house: Horto Florestal State Park, Cantareira State Park - Pedra Grande Nucleus, Youth Park - former Carandiru, Jaraguá Peak and Jaraguá State Park, Cathedral of Sé, Municipal Market of São Paulo, Monastery of São Bento, 25 de Março Street, Anhembi Exhibition Center, Expo Center Norte, Guarulhos International Airport and the main financial centers of the city: Av Paulista, Faria Lima, Centro and 5 min from the Mandaqui Hospital.

The main bars and nightclubs in the region are Avenidas Engenheiro Caetano Álvares and Luís Dumont Villares (Avenida Nova, for the intimate ones), which are approximately 10 min drive from our house.
