K&K Villa is a cozy and comfortable 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with 2 master suites, Central AC, TVs in every bedroom and family room, cable TV, wireless Internet, large pool deck and pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, baby equipment much more. New and improved living area with 70" smart TV.

You can drive to parks, go shopping or simply sit and relax by the pool, take a swim and enjoy spa. There is something for everyone.

Our Villa is conveniently located 8 miles from Disney. It is a straight drive down Rt 192.
30 minutes from Sea World, 35 minutes to Universal Studios, 55 minutes to Busch Gardens, 35 minutes to Gatorland.

Space was great, hot water was lacking

The house and neighborhood were good. Food and groceries weren't far. The overall house space was great! All 6 of us had enough space - all 4 kids had their own room, and we had plenty of bathrooms. Pool was great! It took about 45 minutes to heat up the hot tub, so plan ahead if you want to get in, and we had to guess at how to turn it on since there weren't any directions. Paper products, TP and paper towels, were limited. Beds were comfortable, AC worked.Our biggest complaint was a lack of hot water for showers. There were beds for 13, but the third person who showered after we got home from Universal got a cold shower. Not cool, but COLD. We couldn't all shower the same night because of the lack of hot water. It was unfortunate after a long day at the parks or in the pool.

Very nice place to stay!

The house was amazing and was stocked with all our needs, very comfortable beds and wonderful bathtubs in both king suites. The pooo and hot tub were a plus and were wonderful. Peggy our host was amazing and answered very quickly to any issues we had. We will definitely check to see if this home is avail on our next trip to the Clermont/ four corner area.

Family Thanksgiving dinner

Check in was easy all info emailed prior check in Host Peggy provided all info needed for smooth move in. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful no loud noise . House was exceptional clean kitchen stocked 75inch TV for watching games. Lots of places to shop and eat

Group Trip

My family of five and our friend's family of five stayed in this beautiful home for five days and four nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the description, space and comfort of this home. The next time we are in the area, this will be the first place that we check availability!! vacation in autumn 2023

large house with lots of space should be updated. as ceiling lights are missing in the bedrooms.creaky floors upstairs. the pool fence is worn and broken. leaking pool when we were here but according to the pool guy it would be fixed. otherwise everything was good, we have enjoyed our holiday

Nice Villa, a few minor improvements needed

We stayed at the Villa as a group in May 23, the Villa is located on a quiet, largely residential area in Claremont, it’s 30-40 minutes to the Disney parks based on the traffic in the area, which gets crazy. The Villa itself is spacious and well equipped, it has everything we needed including towels for the pool. The main thing to comment on is the property feels a little worn, carpets specifically and certain areas would also benefit from TLC and a deep clean as we found dust on some surfaces. We also found a stray pair of boxers from a previous guest under the bed. The property owner Peggy and local agent Stuart couldn’t do enough for us, we had a slight problem with the hot tub, but this was quickly rectified so it didn’t impact our stay. Overall 4/5*, but could easily be a 5* with a bit of TLC to the property and a good deep clean.

Spring Disney Trip

The house was great for our 12 member group and still would have had room for more. The group loved the pool. Close distance to Disney but traffic always makes it 25-35 minute drive. Walmart and grocery stores were nearby

Spacious Home Great Location

The house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Two Master suites would make it perfect for 2 families to share, although for us, it was perfect for our large family of 6. My kids TRULY enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we paid to have it heated as we were there in March, and it was well worth it. The house is a little dated and could use some tlc. The carpet is pretty worn, and the thermostat used to be located downstairs and is now upstairs, but the hole and wiring remain exposed. It has 2 levels, and is not zoned for AC....my husband and I couldn't sleep in the downstairs bedroom with the door closed because it cut the ventilation off. Overall, we were in Orlando for Universal, and other than our evenings spent minimal time at the house. The house had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker so....whatever you're into...it is most likely there. Most of all it has PLENTY of space, which my large family definitely does not get in a hotel. The location is REALLY close to Disney and not much further for Universal. It also has a Publix and Walmart REALLY close, just up about 1/2 mile further than the street for the house.

Excellent Experience - Great Location

Peggy was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival. and during our stay. The property listing is very detailed and thorough. All amenities listed were available, clean and in good working order. The home is very comfortable, and my family loved their time in the pool. The home offered many towels including ample beach towels for our use. The availability of the washer and dryer was very helpful during our stay. The Disney and Universal Studios parks were close in proximity to the home and just a short drive to reach each fun destination. There are many grocery stores for needed items and plenty of restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing and fun-filled vacation spot. Thank you Peggy!

Wonderful

The property was just as described, we enjoyed how spacious the house was vs staying on Disney property. The location was perfect a short drive to all entertainment but far enough away from all the traffic. We wished we had decided on the heater for the pool prior to arriving since the weather was on the cool side but it did not stop my son from enjoying, it while we watched from the hot tub. We would highly reccomend it.

Great time at Orlando

We used this property while staying in Orlando for a family Disney trip. Everyone loved the pool, and the house was plenty big enough for 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-11). Peggy was great responding to any questions or concerns that we had.

This was a nice home. The house keeping could use a little work. There were cobwebs in the downstairs master bathroom between all 8 lightbulbs and the fans had a dark caking of dust on the blades. The carpet could use replacing and the back door to the pool comes off the tracks easily if you aren't careful. Whoever rented before us lost a lot of hair in the pool. We spent a lot of time fishing it out but the equipment to do that was available. That being said, the house had lots of room for all of us to spread out. Plenty of linens, towels, dishes and was just as listed. The pantry even had some extra spices, plastic wrap and coffee/coffee filters! The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. The pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of doing all the things! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The pictures doesn't do the house justice. It is a spacious house and the beds are awesome. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, if you can think of it, she probably has it. There is a little game room in the garage, we didn't use it while there it was too hot. The TV in the family room is great for movie night. The pool is bigger than what we had in mind and we played volleyball, and she had floats and pool noodles. Be careful of the sliding door, it likes to come off the track. We had a few problems, but Peggy was on top of it and took care of it quickly. We can't wait to stay again. If you are thinking of renting this home, just DO IT! I promise you won't be disappointed! If you do rent it, please take care of it and treat as your own!! We wouldn't have had the problems we did, if the previous guests would have taken care of it, instead of what they did!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

This property was exactly as described. I had some questions for Peggy before I booked, and she always got back to me immediately. I had no need to contact her during our stay, but I'm sure she would have been very responsive. Very clear instructions for check in. Well appointed home... we had everything we needed. Pool was a great bonus for us. We were visiting Disney, but wanted to have time off property. Pretty much every Disney park was 25 minutes or less when we drove. We would stay here again!
