La lujosa casa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños, ubicada en la piscina, se encuentra a solo 15 minutos de Disney y se encuentra en la tranquila zona de Hampton Lakes.

Con 5 habitaciones, 3 dobles suites con baños en suite y 2 habitaciones dobles hay un montón de espacio para toda la familia. La sala de estar ha sido recientemente redecorada y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 47 'con Netflix, Amazon Prime y Sling TV. Sonos está disponible para que lo usen los invitados, con un iPad para reproducir su música favorita. Comedor separado con asientos adecuados para toda la familia.

Una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y vajilla necesarios para preparar una comida casera le da todas las opciones para unas vacaciones de relax en familia.

Espacio habitable: sala de estar con 3 sofás con televisor de pantalla plana LED grande montado en la pared con Netflix, Amazon Prime y Sling TV. XBOX 360 con una selección de juegos y DVD para entretenerte a ti y a los niños. Sonos con un iPad para controlar y reproducir tu música favorita. Situado en la zona de vida son las puertas que dan a su zona de la piscina privada seleccionados.

Home away from home

Dave and Myah have beautiful home that is fully equipped with more than you could possibly need in a vacation rental home! The kitchen has everything you need, there were tons of towels, a great games room, and the pool and spa were enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this home, and hope to stay again in the future!

Awesome vacation rental

The house is great for a family vacation. All amenities as described. No problems during our entire stay. Lots of room for everyone. Great location, within driving distance of all the parks but yet far enough away for some peace and quiet time afterwards. We are already planning our stay next year. Will definitely stay here again. A Beautiful Home

We had an excellent stay at Hampton Palms. The house and property are just as the pictures show, beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels for both bath and pool use. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

We were able to say we experienced this hurricane during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking including coffee/kureig machine to tea pot. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. The owner was very attentive to our questions during our trip, especially relating to our concerns with hurricane Milton hitting while we were there.

Super property home from home!

Excellent private property. Close to all parks with easy access to local supermarkets. The pool was an absolute delight to come home to everyday to allow the adults fix the BBQ whilst the kids played in the heated pool. Every amenity you need has been considered, to allow you to have a no stress stay. Absolutely delighted will definitely return. Thank you Helen, Sheldon and the Morgan Family, UK.

Enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, nice home as advertised. Met the needs of our group. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend. We did experience a minor hiccup with the property manager, which was brought to the home owners attention. I am giving a 4 star rating for this. Although It did not affect our stay, the property manager lost a star from me on this one.

Excellent choice for our family

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would select it again if we are in the area. It was very well equipped, owners and Colin were very helpful if we had any concerns or questions and they solved them right away. The pool was warm and our family spent a lot of time in and around the pool. It's a big reason we come to the warmth of Florida from Ohio in the winter. The only concern I think I would mentioned is that the couches could be updated. It was our best experience in a VRBO property. Thanks for a great stay!

Hampton Lakes

The Hampton Lakes Villa was very impressive, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, living space, big pool and jacuzzi with seating and table out the back, laundry facilities in fact everything we needed for a party of 7 for a 10 day stay. The travel time to the Parks was about 30 mns and approximately one and a half hours from NASA, roughly 35 mns from Vineland for shopping designer stores etc, the supermarkets were within a 10 min drive as were the fuel station, We all agreed it was the ideal Vacation home for our Disney Holiday and highly recommend the villa for a relaxing stay in a quiet area.

Super home from home property

A superb and well located property within a short distance to all parks. The private heated pool is delightful and ensures that after a long day at the parks there is somewhere for the kids to chill down whilst the adults prepare the BBQ. Most nights were spent like this, laughing through the excitement of the day, great family time. Every amenity has been considered, allowing for a 'no stress' stay. The house is spacious, clean and kept at a nice cool temperature. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely return. Thank you Helen, Sheldon & the Morgan family.

Great house, but far from parks

Owners were super easy to deal with, check on and out very simple. Pool and hot tub were great! Only couple of downsides- house is a bit far from the parks, but we knew that going into it so no surprise. The upstairs shower didn’t have hot water. We did t complain about it during our stay, because we had three other showers to choose from, so not the end of the world for us. Overall a wonderful trip, and great place to stay.

Awesome Spring Break

As soon as you walked into the property everything smelt clean and fresh. We loved how everything was labeled.So when we use things we knew exactly where to put them back. We did opt for the pool heat which was perfect.We were in the pool everyday.We absolutely loved it. The house coming fully equipped with alexa was awesome for changing the temperature without having to walk all the way upstairs as well as communicating when the kids were upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The house was absolutely perfect. It was just as described and as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and well-kept. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The Christmas tree was so thoughtful. We found the grocery store and drug store easily. The complex was quiet and peaceful. It was a pleasure walking through the development. Working in the fully equipped kitchen was easy. The location was close enough, but not too close. I would definitely recommend this to others and stay there again in the future.

THE PERFECT VACATION!

Everything was great! The house, the neighborhood, the area restaurants and stores, the golf courses and night life were all great for our group of 6 male golfers!! The house was all we expected and more! There was plenty of room, all the appliances and amenities were in good working order, there were lots of pots and pans and dishes so we never had to wait for the dishwasher to catch-up to have enough for the next meal, there were good surprises (the hot tub and pool were always warm and ready, there was room for multiple cooks in the kitchen and the tv had all the golf and espn channels we wanted) but no bad surprises. If we can get our dates set for next year..........we will be back!

Everything We Needed and More!!

We stayed at this property for 13 nights in January 2017 and could not have been happier with our choice to stay at this property. This house is equipped with everything you could possibly need throughout your stay from hair dryers, to a cooler everything has been thought of. We forgot to print park passes, there was a computer with a printer on the property which we used for that and it was also used for homework. Everything we needed was an approximate 5 minute drive including a Walgreens, Publix grocery store, IHOP, Dollar General, gas and restaurants. The freeway was right there and everything was within about 30 minutes of the property. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thanks for sharing your home.

Home from home

Immediately upon our arrival at the villa we were put at ease. The villa was lovely and clean and one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. The pool was a great hit with the children in fact it was hard to get them out of it on some days!!!! There was good clear instructions on hand so much so that we had no reason to make contact with the manager in person. The location of the villa was fantastic for us as we mainly did Disney. Animal kingdom was only a 15 minute drive from us. It was also well situated near to other main routes and so easy to travel to other locations with universal only 30 minutes away. We would have no reservations about recommending this villa, it was perfect. We felt very relaxed at the villa it felt like a home away from home.

Very enjoyable stay.

We found the villa to be very clean and extremely well furnished, the pool was great, as was the games room. WiFi worked very well throughout the property. Some areas around the pool are looking a little 'tired' but certainly did not affect the overall feel of the villa. We did experience a problem with the automatic key lock preventing us from being able to leave the house, the local maintenance could have been a little more responsive, nobody was answering the mobile or landline, we received SMS, ensuring that the lock would be fixed that day, however it was not until the following day the lock was fixed, this was not a problem, but it would have been helpful if the maintenance company had informed us of this. This would have been our only concern during the stay. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and relatives and would certainly book again.

Second Visit

If you don't like, you don't go back. A return visit is the best recommendation I can give. The place is spotlessly clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The pool is excellent, the outdoor seating area very good and the air con very efficient. The neighbours were quiet at our visit and were barely seen/heard. A magic fairy put our bins out (neighbour?) and the whole visit was as smooth as silk, topped off by an extended check-out, for which we were very grateful.I have already recommended it to friends and acquaintances and we fully intend to visit again ourselves. Well done, Dave!

I love cooking, so a well-equipped kitchen is a must, we love listening to music, so we have recently installed Sonos with an iPad so you can control and play your favourite music around the villa.

We like our technology, so we have an Xbox for the kids, Sonos to play music, TVs in bedrooms. There is also a computer and printer, which is free for guests to use to print out any tickets, shopping vouchers or boarding passes.

We also have a digital door lock that we allocate a personal code to you for your stay so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys around the parks. Our property is also protected by Ring cameras (doorbell and onto the driveway) and a Ring alarm (which you are welcome to use when there, but it is not necessary).

We love spending time in the pool, so if you chose to have it heated then we always ensure its lovely and warm for our guests and there are plenty of towels for all your guests.

Our villa is located in the beautiful, well-maintained Hampton Lakes private community, located just of the US 27, approximately 10 miles from Disney and 25 miles from Universal Studios. The complex has two tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court and 2 children's playgrounds so there is always plenty to do when you're not out at the theme parks, attractions, beaches or playing golf.
