When there is a hiccup in the Plan

Things weren't working like they should when we arrived. After attempting to resolve the issue we did have to move to a hotel...however the property was so beautiful and we would've loved to be able to stay. The property manager was so accommodating and helpful. Even calling a cab service for us as we were not able to communicate due to a language barrier. Thank you for everything

オーナーさんとの当日までのやりとりは、非常によく、丁寧な対応で安心できました。 部屋も広く、布団も羽毛で温かく、眺めもよいところです。 １泊ではなく、数泊利用すると、よりこの場所に泊まることを楽しめるところだと思いました。
