Quiet, Relaxing private forest and seaside house. My house is surrounded by beautiful nature.
If you are into outdoor activity such as Surfing, and the other marine sports, jogging, hiking and biking, my place is perfect for you.

Kamakura is a famous sightseeing place in Japan. You can experience Japanese culture and temples.

Living-dinig room(41.48/with a view of the ocean), kitchen, dining table(170cm) with 6 chairs.
couches for 3 people and one solo chair.
40" flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker and blue-ray DVD player.
Fully-equipped, with lots of appliances such as oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, Iron and ironing board, Washing and drying machine are available for the guests.
Japanese style bathroom with tub/shower with a view of the ocean. It's separated from the toilet.
Blow hair dryer, towels, toothbrush, body towel, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided.
2 car parking is available outside.

Room A has a Queen bed with inside terrace.
Room B has 2 Single beds with inside terrace. Simons Bed and France Bed (Japanese famous bed brand)
Room C has 2 Extra Japanese style futon sets. it is available and can be laid on the floor of the room for 2 guests or children. The mattress is 3 inch (9cm) thick.
Futon sets would be stowed away in a designated futon closet when you don't need it.

Free WIFI internet.

Since I live in Tokyo usually, I don't think I meet you in person. However I will reply soon. And if you would like to know the recommended sightseeing spot and good restaurant, please contact me. I will let you know it.

Bedclothes, Slippers, Towels, Toothbrush, dishes, cups and glasses enough for the number of people.
You can use detergent, body soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and other expendable supplies free.

The children fee (over 3 ages) same as adult fee. Under 3 age is free.

-No smoking indoors(except for veranda and balcony)
-Check in time: pm4:00~pm10:00
-Check out time: by am11:00
-Self check in and Security deposit is \ 30000

Please treat the house as your own.
-No shoes in the house. Please use slippers if you need.
-Please separate your garbage for recycling
-Please clean your own dishes

-No home security service is provided.
-Please respect our neighbors.
-Please secure the house when you're out.
-Please do not drag your luggage to avoid scratch the flooring.
-All of the units are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
