Ubicado en una comunidad orientada a personas de la tercera edad, esta hermosa casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños te espera para cuidarte en tus vacaciones. A pie de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados (3 cuadras). Observe los globos sobre su cabeza o conduzca cuesta abajo hasta el centro comercial Cottonwood. La encantadora Serena te espera con el gran dormitorio principal y baño, comedor completo, cocina bien equipada y gran sala familiar y WIFI. Hay grandes televisores inteligentes en la habitación familiar y el dormitorio principal. Beba café o vino en el relajante porche delantero con un cómodo sofá y sillas grandes; o asar hamburguesas y filetes a las afueras de la puerta del patio del comedor. God value convenient vacation property

Property is clean comfortable and nicely furnished and is ideal if used as a base for exploring the Albuquerque general area. Conveniently situated with ready access to shops freeways etc.

Great accommodation

This was the most well equipped house that I have encountered. The house was clean and spacious. It is located conveniently to grocery shopping and main roads. Jenny was quick to respond when I needed to extend my visit.

Excellent family property!

The house was perfect for my family of five and dogs. It was very clean and was one of the best-stocked rentals we have ever had. Jenny the owner was extremely accommodating after our travel plans changed multiple times. She responded very quickly and was always courteous. The property was in a great location with everything you need just down the road. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Rio Rancho area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!

Accommodations are good location not so much

The house is located in an “upscale” trailer park. It was a slightly uncomfortable neighborhood. We heard some weird noises in the walls of the house throughout the day/night.

The home was cozy and well kept. As a bonus the pantry was very well stocked! The location is not ideal.. we had car trouble during our stay, and it turns out someone had tried to siphon gas out of our car while it was parked on site overnight!

Nice accommodations/noisy locale

Well appointed in kitchen but king bed not comfortable, needed better bedding, TV didn’t have many options which we’ve had in other VRBO’s and too many noisy trucks with loud mufflers. If quieter, the location was great and close to our family whom we were visiting. Outside seating was not as good as photos, dusty, and grill was dirty so we didn’t use it. We were comfortable but weren’t able to host our kids like we had hoped to! Thanks Jenni!

Little Pink House

We are thankful to have had a warm, well-stocked mobile home that was adequate for our two week stay. It shows that Jenny wants her guests to have everything they might need. However, this area is run down and can be uncomfortable with trailers/nearby apartments not in good condition all around you. We were concerned about our safety the entire trip. Her mobile home is definitely one of the nicer of the neighborhood. Everyone sets their price as they see fit, but all things considered, we feel the cost per night should be adjusted down for this area.

Unfortunate

Place was very clean and roomy. However showers drain backed up and water came out from under toilet in bathroom. These plumbing issues caused us to have to leave after first night. I am awaiting refund.

Surprisingly good. We were quite amazed at the furnishing of the home, particularly kitchen.

Would not advise expecting to use the back yard as an enclosure. Would happily stay again.

Best equipped place we've ever had. Could have ubered from the airport and walked to grocery store and many restaurants. Had friends over for a grand dinner. Nice relaxing days. BTW, we do little tv.

Do not stay here

The MFH is very old, the decor is pretty but the carpets were stained and smell of urine. The shower drains so slow you are standing in water when you shower..... the house was very dusty... everything had dust on it including the pots and pans in lower cabinets...... The house is located right on a busy road in the city.... traffic all day and night....homeless people walking right by the yard you look out at. Not safe for children at all. Cigarettes butts in the front rocks yard... Construction right out kitchen window... backhoe running weekend mornings.... We were so dissatisfied that we left a week early.... we had planned to stay two weeks but had to find a different place for the 2nd week as we were not comfortable at this place. After complaining we were told we would receive a refund for the 2nd week but only received a portion of what the refund should have been. We worked very hard for our vacation money and we were very sad most of it went to pay for this accommodation..... way over priced for what you will experience. Pretty decor and comfortable beds but the place looks nice in the pictures but is very disappointing in person.

Glenda, I'm very sorry you were so disappointed. I agree the place is old. I've scheduled a remodel for June 20th. Having said that. We did refund all of your money. I'm sorry VRBO takes so long to give you your deposit back. It's not in my control. We did everything we could to make you happy just like we do for all of our guests. Everyone is treated the same and if you're unhappy we do our best to remedy the situation. Just like we're doing now. We are going to remodel!! We certainly welcome and accept your candor but are very disappointed in some of your comments because they are not factual. If you look back at our past reviews, they are all very nice. There is always that certain person who's going to be disappointed no matter what you do 🤷

Convenient location

While I was a bit surprised that this was a mobile home sitting on the first lot of a trailer park off a busy street, the home was spacious and clean although the carpet was stained in a few areas. If you are a light sleeper and are bothered by traffic noise, this may not be the place for you. This does not bother me so I had no issue with my stay. Owner was responsive and easy to work with.
