Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with single garage and extra off street secure park – perfect for a boat. The living room has reverse cycle air conditioning as does the main bedroom which also has an ensuite. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Only 200 metres to the surf beach, short stroll to golf course and shops. This beautifully appointed home has good availability as its new to the rental market. Sleeps 6 (2 queens and 2 singles). Property has WIFI. *strictly no pets*

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.

October long weekend holiday

I booked the house through stayz on the weekend before the long weekend. Paid the money .Received the confirmation. Then next day i received a message saying that it had been booked by another family . My family was looking forward to spending time together at the beach and home..Sorry .Very disappointed..Do not recommend. Only thing that turned out right was i received a refund.
