Il est rare de trouver une villa de luxe avec piscine et vĂ©randa moustiquaire dans le quartier chic de North Port, prĂšs d’un terrain de golf.
Deux terrains vides des deux cÎtés de la propriété et un canal à l'arriÚre (sans voisins sur le site opposé, garantissent une confidentialité totale). 2 minutes de Walmart et Publix. 15 minutes pour réchauffer la source minérale. Proche des plages de Manasota et de Venise. TrÚs proche des autoroutes.

1. La maison est 2230 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. EntiÚrement meublé. Belle piscine (propice à la baignade) avec jacuzzi et cascade.

2 Trois chambres et un bureau (pourrait ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme quatriĂšme chambre)

3 Meubles de luxe et deux télévisions à grand écran.

4 Grande cuisine avec une immense salle à manger équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, grille-pain, micro-ondes et cafetiÚre neuves.

Misleading listing, poor host communication — I had to leave early

I booked this property because it was advertised as a “luxury fully private villa,” with listing photos showing a secluded backyard and no visible neighbors. In reality, the backyard and pool area directly face multiple homes — completely undermining the privacy the listing promised.When I brought this up to the host, I was met with defensive and dismissive responses rather than a willingness to acknowledge or resolve the issue. I shared photos and explained the importance of privacy in my decision to book, but the host was more interested in arguing than helping.I no longer felt comfortable staying there and ended up leaving the very next morning, as I had been in contact with them since I had arrived. I’ve submitted everything to VRBO for resolution.Future guests should know: if privacy is important to you, this property may not meet your expectations — and the host may not be receptive if you have a problem.

Our stay at 1641 Virginia, North Port, FL

We stayed from 3/1/25 to 3/31/25. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is a nice property, a comfortable place, especially the pool area and deck. The owners were very responsive and attentive. We would consider returning.Just a couple comments: one day we returned to the house and entered the pool to find that chlorine had been added recently, 3 swimming suits were "bleached" and ultimately discarded. Perhaps the pool servicer could leave a note about when to safely enter the pool after chlorine added. Also, there was never any gardener present to trim weeds/lawn in front. Some early AM noise from nearby construction, but likely unavoidable.Overall, this was a very nice stay.

Pool vacation

Overall a beautiful place. The review would have been higher if not for the construction directly across from the pool and lanai. We realize that no one can do anything about it it but it was noisy. Also we would have appreciated more cleaning supplies, like windex and laundry detergent, as well as access to another pair of sheets.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and big. Pool area is really nice. Everything is great. There was some construction noise from the homes being built in the back, but that is not the owners fault, and they look like they will be done with that soon. Would absolutely book again.

After 2 weeks cruise we needed a little break and we decided to stay in North Port and rented this beautiful home! This is our second time staying here!! We loved this friendly home so much and decided to stay here again! We loved the area , and house is cozy and clean ! Great location. Needs some updates

Loved the pool.. The large house was comfortable with 4 adults and 2 children . We would suggest updating the kitchen pots and pans, replacing the mattress on the queen bed. We had to purchase a foam pad to place on top of the foam bed they had on the bed. We also had to buy a blender and a grill to use. Unfortunately, there is major construction behind the property. This is not in control of the owners

North Port Winter Getaway

Property owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. House was spacious and comfortable. Pool temperature was set at a perfect 88 degrees, warm and refreshing. Friendly neighborhood and development still ongoing. You may experience some construction noise as the city of North Port is becoming a popular destination. We have family and friends who have relocated in this community. Close to great beaches.

We are family of 4 stayed in a house for 2 weeks ! We really enjoy our stay. House is very spacious and clean , kitchen nicely equipped ( note: if you like to make your own sauces, or smoothies bring your own blender !) Bathrooms are big , clean and has planty of towels . Pool is very safe , water is warm and clean . Check in was very easy. Owners are very responsible. Leyla is always there to answer any questions or concerns. We absolutely enjoyed at least 6 near beaches we have visited. Location is very quiet. Kids , myself and husband enjoyed every moment being there !

Short stay

Overall stay was good my only major complaint would be the bed in the master. We stayed 3 nights on night 2 we decided to put our heads on the foot end because the bed was so inverted. It did the trick we actually got a decent night sleep the last night.
