Family getaway in South Florida. Stretch out at this 3 Bedroom 3 full bath home with 1,827 sq. ft. Includes a King bedroom suite, king bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Newly remodeled and all furnishings included. The canal has a direct connection to Charlotte Harbor with no bridges and a 5-6 ft depth. The pool is enclosed and is professionally maintained. Port Charlotte is near 3 exciting gulf coast beaches; including Boca Grande, Englewood, and Venice. Nearby boat ramp access at Port Charlotte Beach Park. The dock is entirely available for your boat.

Great Stay

Home was well stocked with many extras! Float for the pool was great & having filters for coffee maker & some spices was great. Frozen water bottles for use in cooler was a nice plus too. Labels on all the light switches eliminated confusion! Would recommend to anyone & would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Memorial Day 2025

Had a wonderful visit with our daughter and son in law. We loved the layout of the house. It is an older home that has been upgraded and cutely decorated. The pool was nice with plenty of seating in screened pool area and out by fire pit. The blue string lights on the trees in front and back of house were a nice touch. Greatly appreciated that hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Light switches were labeled to easily find the light you are wanting to turn on. The garage was not accessible. I don't recall the listing stating that the garage was not included and I could have missed it. Garage was not a deal breaker but is worth mentioning. Had a great time and will stay here again if available.

Loved the open floor plan

Very nice floor plan. The view from living area was awesome with the pool and canal. Unfortunately though the pool isn’t heated. Good quiet neighborhood. Cleaning could be improved but they did all kinds of cleaning supplies. They did have everything available including paper towels and toilet tissue.

Very nice house

My husband, parents, sister and I were in town for a funeral, and we were all very happy with our stay. The location was beautiful and easy to find, the neighborhood was quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could want for cooking. The house was very clean, and provided a great place to unwind in the evenings.

Great place, well advertised and furnished. The location is convenient to everything you need but still quiet for relaxing. The house was clean with plenty of everything needed to make it feel like home.

Was not for vacation but for a death in the family. It was not a great week at all because of this reason but was nice to just come back to house and relax. Very comfortable, plenty of seating in and outside. Pool was unfortunately not used do to cooler weather temps. Thank you for the easy access and beautiful home yse.

Perfect family space

We had 3 great nights and they were perfect. This was the end of our 10days in Florida and it was a great space to get away. 3 steps out the backdoor and you are swimming in the covered pool. The dock is wonderful for fishing or gazing at the stars.

As we opened the door, the first words out of my wife’s mouth were “How clean this place is!” We made the best out of our time there as tropical storm Debby came through during our stay. My boys were able to kayak fish several days. They were successful! The pool was very refreshing when we able to use it.

Wonderful

The house was perfect. Plenty of room. Clean. In a great location. Would definitely stay again. We went shark tooth hunting and brought our paddle boards and paddle boarded out to the Peace river. We went to the beaches of Venice and Manasota and Caspersen. Great location! Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Spacious and well stocked canal home with pool

Easy to book and enjoyable to stay in. We had 8 steady family staying and 20 others visiting for dinners, pool, fire pit, and kayak time, and everything inside and outside made accommodating those gatherings possible and stress free.
