Stone house- renovated barn

A stone built residency, applying to aesthetics. The house was renovated in 2016, from a barn originally built in 1910. It is located on a hill, having excellent view- especially from the upper living room. From the house you can enjoy the view to the beautiful Bournias bay and the surrounding meadows; and if you go a bit up the hill you can see Keros and Moudros bay too.
The airport and Keros beach (surfer’s paradise) are only 5km away and the port is 25km from the house. The final access to the house is via a well-maintained dirt road (approx. 300m). The village, where you can find a super market and a café, is within walking distance.
There are no neighbors around, so you can enjoy remoteness and serenity, not having to worry about noise- coming from you or the outside! All rooms have wooden ceilings and the two bedrooms and the upper living room have wooden floors as well. The kitchen provides all the necessities, with fully new and modern electrical appliances and all kitchen utilities. The dining table can serve up to eight people. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and you may find extra bed linen in the wardrobes. Plus, the house uses solar water heater, so you can enjoy hot water whenever you need it.
