Wanted to love it

I filtered my searches to properties with a private pool and hot tub. I ended up renting this house, which had no hot tub. How do they have hot tub as an amenity? A bath tub with jets doesn't count guys. Really bummed. There were no top sheets on any bed. Could only find extra blankets/comforters in the house. So, eww! Also, zero washclothes in the home which made bathing my kids pretty challenging. No beach towels, despite having a pool with several lounge chairs outside...Then, lets talk about cleanliness. One hour after arriving, we noticed we all had black feet. There was a rando prescription pill on the bathroom floor in a corner with grime built up. Eww. As much as we pay for cleaning fees we should have a clean house to vacation in. Loved the complimentary water & coffee and heated pool though. :/Nothing was particularly clean, includin

Very nice house

House is in good condition and a nice neighborhood. Really liked it was a block away from Griffs pool hall. Showed up there on a Tuesday night and probably 5 to 6 pro tour player's was there playing. Great experience and the Host was awesome to work with.

Family trip to Vegas

We really enjoyed this VRBO. Beds were great, extra comforters, fans in each room. Appreciated plenty of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Complimentary coffee, keurig and a coffee maker. Pool table, basketball. Had a little trouble figuring out the TV, wasn’t sure how to find just local channels. Would stay here again!

This was a very nice place to stay. The location was idea, close to the strip as well as everything else we wanted to do in our stay. The house was well stocked with everything need for a 5 day stay.

The place is lovely and in a great neighborhood. However, the kitchen is short on supplies. And it gets very hot in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans and new windows would help.

Spacious, fully loaded property with everything you need.

Located 10 minutes from the strip.Very clean, nicely furnished house. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of stuff to keep you entertained with pool table, basketball, and cable subscription. Owner was accommodating and professional. Plenty of parking and good security to get into the house.

Great home, just fix AC

We enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas and everything was great with the exception of the AC. It was extremely hot and made it uncomfortable to sleep because the air did not work very good at all. We informed the owner but he just said it was because it was 107 outside however, we live in the desert and don't have this issue at home. He really needs to get the AC serviced. I would not recommend staying here in the summer months unless he gets it fixed.

Great location that is a $10 Uber to the strip. TONS of places to eat very close. The location is excellent. The pool was great. Every room also had a fan which was nice.

Amazing family fun

This was the perfect property for seven of us to spend celebrating a 50th birthday to 21st birthdays 30th birthday and a 25th wedding anniversary. It is close enough to the strip to have a lot of fun but you have your privacy when you want it. The pool table And pool was enjoyed by all. Nice quiet neighborhood and grocery store nearby. All the beds were comfortable we would definitely book it again.

The pool and hottub were not heated as they were advertised (this was the main reason for booking this place). The AC was pretty weak upstairs, neighborhood was sketchy. The owner didn't offer to compensate us in any way for the false advertisement

a group of us were in town for festival and this place worked out perfect for us. Centrally located and easy to hit all areas we intended to visit. communication was great and we were able to check in early. The pool was nice to have and the other amenities in the house made our stay great

A great respite

The property is close enough for a ride to the strip but far enough to be away from the craziness and get some rest. Easy walk to the grocery store. Nice neighborhood. Well labeled and well organized house.
