Great place!

Very nice and well equipped for a nice stay, the pool was amazing for the heat. Location was very close to everything and minutes away from the strip. Recommended!

Great stay

A very solid stay, the property was well cleaned and prepared for guests. The host had very reasonable rules/requests which made it a very easy stay. The only things that weren’t as desirable were the occasional loud cars driving at night (very understandable though given location), and that some outlets weren’t working. Aside from those I would recommend this place to others or even stay again for the price and how close to events and well kept the owner takes care of the place.

Quiet neighborhood with great pool

Great house for a girls weekend. One of the bedroom layouts was interesting, the beds blocked the closet and the door leading outside. The pool was the perfect temperature and we swam all weekend. The floors could have used a little more attention to the cleaning but otherwise a great place to stay.

Work Trip

The home was just as listed. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. There was a light out in the bathroom and batteries were needed in the remote. We came for a work trip so were really only there to shower and sleep but the beds really were not that comfy.

Clean and Convenient!

My co-worker and I stayed at this property for almost 4 weeks. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were friendly. I loved that the home is located less than 10 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The home is equipped with almost everything that you need for a short term or long term stay.

Beautiful house

The shower was all of ours favorite part, but the whole house was amazing. The pool was very cold, but there was a charge to heat up the pool. That was one thing we didn't like, already spent a good amount of money renting the house, and the money we spent in LV.

Fantastic property

We were in town for a girl’s trip to see a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The house was a fantastic location for us, whether we decided to hit the strip for a while or just lounge by the pool. 4 miles from the stadium too. Terry was a pleasure to work with, checked in on us during our stay, and even helped ship my friends watch back that was inadvertently left in the house. Recommend this property if you prefer to experience Vegas at your own pace, & not be submersed in it ☺️

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, affordable

The house is cute inside and out. It was very thoroughly cleaned. The sleeping arrangements could be better… two beds were missing supports and there were concrete boxes placed underneath to keep the mattress from falling through to the floor. But the mattress still supported my back and my I had no pain. Bring your own coffee - they have filters & a pot.

Great Off the Strip Option for Sin City

We were visiting LV for a trade show and I needed a place that was not a hotel and not on the strip. I really need to open a window once in a while and I really don't like the smoke in the hotels/casinos. Terry's place was exactly what we needed. It's just a few miles to the strip and the convention center. I was able to work hard all day and come home and sit by the pool, make my own meals and relax. It was everything that was posted in the listing and thensome. Terry was a great communicator and the check in/check out was smooth and easy. TVs were great and the wi fi was super fast. Highly recommend.

The place was as advertised!!Plenty of room very clean and modern. Great floorplan. Terry was Great answering any questions I had and just overall a great little get away spot. If I'm back in Vegas that's my spot!!

Thanksgiving in LV

The property and experience was an overall hit. From reservations, check-in, cleanliness and house supplies, everything was just PERFECT for our little group. The inside was cozy but roomy and the outside backyard was beautiful and roomy as well. Terry, the host, was very attentive and made the experience very enjoyable.

Property was very clean and neat. Terry was very attentive to everything we needed. Helped us answer questions and restaurants. He even DoorDash some batteries in 20 minutes! Now how is that for service. I will say it’s quite sad how some tenants can wreck or destroy the outdoor furniture that they put outside. You would think someone renting someone else’s property would take good care of it. Sorry Terry someone did that to your furniture. You have a very nice home here.

Perfect relaxing

This was a great location! Location is quiet and private. The pool was the perfect size and we enjoyed it every morning, afternoon, and evening. I'd recommend it and stay there again. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. A+ experience.

Great place - even nicer than the VRBO listing made it look!!

Great location - lovely amenities - clean and incredibly comfortable. A little noisy in the backyard at night but it is Vegas so somewhat expected. Nice pool!! Great kitchen. Way bigger than it looks in the listing. Wifi was perfect. Thanks for a great stay!!
