Nos complace anunciar que la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 ahora está climatizada.
Los ricos matices tropicales le hará saber que ha introducido de hecho un paraíso de la isla! La televisión de pantalla plana en la sala de estar está listo para el próximo gran juego o su película favorita y la tercera habitación de invitados tiene otra televisión para mantener entretenidos a los kiddos por las noches!

Cada una de las habitaciones tiene su propio cuarto de baño también. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y un futón, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo. El tercer dormitorio se encuentra en la cochera que está conectado a la casa principal por una escalera interior. Esta habitación tiene una cama tamaño King y una cama de día y cuenta con su propio mini nevera y microondas. Capacidad para 10 personas y dispone de aparcamiento para 3 coches. Antes de viajar a Port Aransas / Village Walk, planifique la cantidad correcta de vehículos que conduce de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas:

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to this perfect house for three couples; each bedroom as it's own bath, plus a powder bath downstairs. The location is ideal, it's always clean and well furnished. The A/C had a glitch one afternoon but the quick and very friendly service had us nice and cool in just a couple of hours!

Overall great stay

We used this long weekend as a getaway for friends and kids, it was wonderful, comfortable and offered plenty of space to sit and relax in different areas of the property. The kitchen was stocked with more appliances and utensils than many places, which was great! The separated room with pullout couch was a great option for the older kids, although there were no linens that we could find for the pullout. We had extra blankets that we brought anyway, so we made it work. Also, the washer didn’t spin and the dryer didn’t dry sufficiently, but didn’t contact the owner to report it because we realized on the last day. Overall, a really great stay and would definitely stay again!

Another Great Stay in Port A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican’s Perch is a comfortable and happy place to stay with great beach decor. One bedroom is outside the main house so your group needs to be OK with that...it was perfect for us. The only problem we encountered was no handrails, either inside or out. All bedrooms are second floor, and handrails would have been much easier for the grandparents in our group. Same for front and back outside entry areas. The back steps are a little scary with nothing to hold onto.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is advertised as a 3 bedroom but the room with the king bed is truly unhabitable. It is either mold or mass amounts of cigarette smoke. This property needs to be advertised as a 2 bedroom as the third is not usable. Besides that, the house was fine. It was bare-bones in the kitchen compared to the other families we were with who had rented houses in Village Walk. They need a new coffee machine and some upgraded cooking appliances. I would not rent that particular house again but Port A Escapes was great and I will rent from them again.

I loved it! And Sara from Port A Escapes is WONDERFUL to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Port A has always been a yearly excursion for us since I was a child, for my children and making it so for our grandchildren too. Port A has made a miraculous come back from Harvey..still some to go, but getting there. Our stay at Pelican's Perch was wonderful. The house is neat and very clean and has all the amenities/cooking tools you need. The home is not direct access to the beach, but only a few blocks away...less than 5 minutes...even in golf cart. It was wonderful to see so many local establishments up and running. Kudos to "FINS", your dinner was wonderful. See ya next year!!

Reviewer Comments: We waited to go to Port A due to the hurricane, and thought since 5 months had passed, this was. Good time to go. When we got there, there was obvious mold growth on downstairs walls, we turned a light switch on and it blew the bulb out of the base. This happened twice and glass was everywhere. Plumber had to come fix hot water, cable didn’t work properly, etc. Port A is definitely not ready for visitors yet.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I arrived at my rental I found out that we weren't allowed garage access. The photos that are displayed show a two car garage but it does not say that you will not have access to it. We found dead and alive roaches, two black catapiller on floor and say two rats on the porch during our 7 day stay. The house didn't come with a dust pan but we were given one after we requested it. Other then that the place was nice but I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

The house is nice and very comfortable for 8 people. The off bedroom is kind of a pain since you have to go thru just about the whole house to get to it. Next time we will get all the bedrooms under one roof. Pool is super super small and they do need an outside grill at all the villas. On check in no one knew the combination, the one they sent us didn't work and the one they gave us at check in didn't work. Lucky we just needed a key for the front door. Finally got the right combination and worked out.
