We apologize for the confusion with check-in, especially with the coded entrance being located at the back of the home. We understand how frustrating that can be when you’ve just arrived and are trying to figure everything out. We’re especially concerned about your comments regarding the upstairs deck railing and the toddler-sized openings. We completely understand why you felt the need to block those areas with coolers, and we take safety concerns like this seriously. We’ll make sure this is shared with our local team so they can inspect the railing and address the issue. We’re also sorry to hear that the hot water was slow and didn’t last long. We understand how inconvenient that can be, especially for a family. We only wish we had known about these concerns while you were still staying with us. If they had been reported during your stay, we would have been happy to send our local team to inspect the railing, look into the hot water, and do everything we could to address the issues and make your stay more comfortable.
