A very enjoyable stay

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and Port Aransas is just a five to ten minute drive depending on traffic. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Would recommend renting a golf cart to get around, although not essential. Short walk to boardwalk leading to the beach.

Great house in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s plenary of places to eat. Good bed configuration for multiple families with kids of all ages.

Wonderful beach house

Our group of 5 adults recently stayed at the Island Breeze for 4 days. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of room to relax and a large, open kitchen where we cooked meals most nights. We loved being able to sit on one of the decks and enjoy the breeze or walk to the beach over the nearby boardwalk. We had a wonderful time and definitely will be back!

Great for family trips to the beach

Big, well appointed beach house an easy 5 min stroll to the beach (we did not need a golf cart, although many neighbors did). The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying in this same property again next time we are in Port A.

Great stay again! Clean and great location. Has pretty much everything you need, a Keurig coffee make would be great since I’m the only one who drinks coffee (there is a standard coffee maker though). Hot tub down the street was nice but not hot enough for February. But we will definitely stay here again!

Great house

Great house in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. There were a lot of notes all over the house with a lot of pretty aggressive undertones, like towels getting messed up costs 70 dollars. So ple ase watch out for all the tar on the beaches.

The house was clean and the beds were all comfortable. The driveway is large enough to park up to four vehicles. You can access the beach via the boardwalk, so renting a golf cart is suggested.

Ruined by Bugs

House is nice and roomy and well-appointed, which is what we paid a hefty price for. The house, unfortunately, has a roach issue that seriously needs to be addressed. When all food has to be placed in bags and stored in the fridge, and when you have to check your linens for critters, that's a problem. Short walk to beach was pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy driving to Corpus and neighboring beaches.

All of our homes are required to have monthly pest control services and I do see that this home has been serviced routinely. I went back through our records and I don't have any record of you letting us know about the issue during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have this addressed had we been made aware of the issue. Nevertheless, I hope that despite this issue, you and your family enjoyed your time in Port Aransas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The toilet upstairs stopped working properly after the first day we were there. The dryer did not dry. It turned on but that was about it. There were broken railings on the upstairs back balcony which was concerning with small children we had with us. The upstairs deck water hose did not work. The neighbor across the street and to the left was very rude to one of our children. Other than that! It was a great stay. We didn’t let these things bother us, but something to know for future vacation goers. Also, may want to clean under the rugs in front of the doors. I removed one due to it being slippery for my child and it was filled with dirt underneath.

Plenty of room for everyone, a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute drive to town. I gave a 4 for maintenance because there were a few nails sticking up on the deck & we had little kids with us.
