** DESCRIPTION **

This cozy Mediterranean studio apartment is surrounded by nature and nestled 2km from the old city center and the most famous beaches.

It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with just a few houses in a row - and the rest of it is actually a forest. Due to the beautiful natural surroundings, we guarantee you it's a perfect place for a vacation if you are looking for a peaceful location that is not far away from the center (and beaches!).

This small but cozy apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people, and consists of: a living room/kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom in the cellar.

In the kitchen/living room, there is a big couch (could be made into a bed for 1 person), a small dining table with two chairs, a fridge, and an electric stove.

The bedroom in the cellar has a big double bed, TV, a big closet, and a small table for laptop use. One extra single bed can be provided.

There is an air conditioner in the apartment, and free wifi. Clean bathroom with a shower cabin and fresh towels! :)

Besides the garden with a dining table, the guests have access to the common courtyard with a barbecue and a big dining table. The courtyard is spacious and safe for a child's play. Free parking in front of the house is provided.

**FOR GUESTS WITH PETS**

we have 2 friendly dogs (girls, English setter) in the courtyard, closed in a box. We tend to let them out when guests are not around, or if it is ok with you, they can play with your dog(s) :)

**RULES FOR PETS: If you come with pets, do not allow them to go to bed or couch.

** BIKES**

are free, but please let me know in advance if you plan to use them.
