House had everything we needed for this stay. Comfortable accommodations, excellent location and proximity to beach, places to eat, and grocery store. Property manager Mari was wonderful—very responsive, made sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Great choice of this beautiful Vega Baja beach house!

My family stayed 3 days at this beautiful, cozy, clean, well designed and maintained 3/2.5 house. One half bath downstairs. The master suite, two split bedrooms, one full bathroom and one loft area are upstairs. Mary, the host has been very responsive and supportive ever since I made the reservation. She was proactive, pleasant, welcoming and professional. The house got all kinds of cleaning tools and everything we need to feel home. The washer & dryer machines were not in newer styles but did a good job. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap providing there. Good thing we had our own with us. So it was not a big deal. The location was a big plus. Short drive to beaches & restaurants! Yes we definitely would love to stay there again in the future!!!

Hidden gem !

Great spot - closer to ocean than it looks in pics. Huge yard- great covered area to bbq. Walking distance to ice cream, beach and diners.

Perfect location 5 min walk to beach food , bakery and grocery store. Beach is amazing with alcoholic beverages and food on beach, protected by waves. Snorkeling is a must you can see 20 different color fish and even sea turtles

Beautiful ovean views & perfect size for 2 families

I wish we could have stayed longer, and taken advantage of the bikes, surfboards, etc. As it was, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing lawn games and amazing days at Puerto Nuevo beach, minutes from the rental. Bob was helpful and easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay. Highly recommend! Only negative was neighborhood barking dogs, but can't blame Bob or the home owners for that. Just bring earplugs :)

Sleepless in Vega Baja

I give it one star because my guests and I did not get a good night's sleep 4 out of the 7 nights we stayed. The first night we discovered the full sized bed box spring support was broken causing it to be noisy. My guests slept uncomfortably on the couch. Two more nights passed until it was repaired. I spent a couple of those nights on the couch while my daughter slept with my wife in the master BR. Just after the full bed was repaired, we had a power outage that tripped the breakers on the guest air conditioning units. Another night was spent on couches and the queen mattress was moved to the floor of the master BR. I would not stay here again.

My family has had the pleasure of staying at this incredible house in Puerto Rico not just once, but five times, and each visit has been absolutely amazing! Every stay has exceeded our expectations, and it has truly become our home away from home.The house is impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and offers all the comforts we could ask for. From the cozy bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The outdoor space is a true highlight – perfect for enjoying the warm Puerto Rican weather, whether it’s relaxing on the patio, taking in the stunning views, or spending time outside.The location is another huge plus. It’s close to everything we need – local restaurants and beautiful beaches – yet still provides a peaceful retreat for unwinding and connecting as a family.The hosts have always been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests make the experience even more special. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that every visit feels just as wonderful as the last.We can’t recommend this house enough for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Puerto Rico. Everything about this stay was fantastic. The check in process was great. The property manager, Mary was stellar. She was at the property to check us in and give us a tour of everything.The property itself was amazing. And it included SO MANY unadvertised accouterments (bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, surf boards, any and every kitchen apparatus you could need). The rooms were great. Tons of closet space in each one. I saw other reviews about it being dirty and that was not our experience. The neighborhood is super quiet and the beach is about a 10 min walk. And the beach is great: clean & crystal clear waters. And if you get their early enough you can snag a spot under the mangrove trees if you don't want to take the beach umbrella with you. Washer and dryer worked fantastically.The grocery store is about a 2 min drive away and it is going to have everything you need. The only nit pick is that advert says central A/C and it's not central but wall units in the bedrooms and living room. Central A/C has a certain implication so that should be updated.I would ABSOLUTELY stay at this property again if we return and want to stay in this area again. It really was the perfect property.

Great location walking distance to beach

The home was as advertised. New and comfortable and plenty of space. Unfortunately I missed it NOT having a dishwasher. No HOT (just warm) water in kitchen so had to boil water to sanitize dishes. AC in bedrooms were great! SO cold and worked beautifully! Beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, pillows and comforters. Bath towels could use replacing. Had wonderful beach accessories … towels, cooler and bikes. Nice touch. The electric gate to the house was a little unreliable, got out the manual that didn’t help. The property mgr wasn’t able to help either. Should be a manual override so can open if power goes out or like in our instance just stopped working. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, appliances, beautiful plates and plenty of glassware! Kitchen could have been cleaner … glass hood dirty and microwave was filthy.

Although we are not sure what may have happened, we have addressed the situation with the property manager and have included instructions for manual operation in case it is needed. - We apologize for the cleanliness in the kitchen area. We have the home professionally cleaned in between each guest's stay, however, we do understand things were missed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, measures to prevent this from happening have been taken. There is hot water in the kitchen, so we are trying to understand what may have been the problem during your stay. Auf gar keinen Fall! - Agentur mit fragwürdiger Geschäftspraxis.

Sauberkeit mehr als katastrophal. Nachdem neben allgemeinen Verschutzugen (Haare am Boden, Bettvorleger starrte vor Dreck, etc. ) wir in allen (!) Sanitäreinrichtungen Rückstände von Fäkalien festgestellt haben, haben wir das Haus verlassen Und eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Von der Vermieterin/Betreuerin wurde uns eine Rückzahlung schriftlich bestätigt, die wir bis heute nicht erhalten haben. Die Agentur Evolve weigert sich den Betrag zurückzuzahlen.

We would have appreciated the opportunity to make things right during your stay.- Property details: The home is located in Vega Baja, a beachside town known for its natural surroundings. We understand it’s a different setting from San Juan, and we always recommend reviewing location details in advance to ensure the area aligns with guest expectations.- Amenities: The refrigerator’s ice maker was not working, which was communicated prior to your stay, and a separate ice machine was provided. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the home and were professionally taken.While we believe the home was in proper condition at check-in, we value guest satisfaction and issued a refund for the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. However, the documentation provided did not support a full refund. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a safe journey onward.

Perfect location close to beach and stores.

House was beautiful and location was excellent only flaw was Master bedroom AC is not so cold and communication with host was not so good it took many calls to reach her we had no electricity for a few hours and could not leave property due to gate was electric but reached owner and she was very helpful and quickly responded to us but overall it was a wonderful stay. My only recommendations to owner they should have BBQ utensils available for BBQ and invest in more patio furniture for downstairs.

As promised, a great place to relax

The house is exactly as advertised and reviewed. Friendly, easy check-in and check-out process with no one standing over your shoulder hovering while you’re trying to get into the house (many past experiences) and situated. So helpful to have the beach stuff ready at the door and the cooler pretty much lived in the back of our rental while traveling the island. So much easier to carry your own water and adult beverages wherever you went. The Econo grocery store is so close and very well stocked for everything you’ll need. I wasn’t aware the upper deck is only accessible through the master suite but I loved that. It was my quiet place at night to go sit, relax and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood. We lost power one night for about 6 hours and that was brutal. No fault of anyone but wanted to mention in case anyone needs constant power for any medical devices. To sum it up, great location, beautiful beach and access to plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. And great spot to catch sunsets by the beach wall in front of the house.

For sure the best house in the community, i love this place!! Definitely moving to PR in the future. Staying in this house would make you want to get your life together. I have nothing bad to say about my vacation. I didn’t need a car, the bikes got me every where i needed to go. Beach chairs were easy to carry on our backs to the beach. We love the balcony and so much open space. I recommend this place over San Juan !!!!! You will save so much money. The host was more then perfect i will definitely be returning!!

Great location for your vacation adventure!

This home is spacious and conveniently located to a beautiful beach. This was our first trip to PR but we experienced many things that the island has to offer. Many days we visited the beach in the morning and then ventured out to some of the natural wonders in the afternoon. The house was a comfortable landing spot where we could refuel, pack the cooler, and head out again. We were able to get groceries at the econo down the street but our big grocery haul was from Wal-Mart, about 15 mins away. There are beach chairs, snorkel masks, a large cooler, and some floats at the house. These made for easy days at the beach and few things we had to purchase. The house manager has great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Plan your week knowing that the weekend including Sunday night is very, very busy on the beach strip. Bumper to bumper traffic, loud music, and people drinking. We were not worried about the crowds and just enjoyed people watching from the balcony! The beach was crowded by 9am on the weekends! Plan accordingly! The home is nice and the house manager will make sure you have everything you need! Don’t hesitate to ask! We would definitely stay in this house again!

Excellent Vacation Home

Merylou was awesome, had great suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. The house was very comfortable and very clean. The views are amazing of the beach from the upstairs balcony.

What a perfect getaway!

We had such a lovely time staying at this property for an early spring break. The views were fantastic, the beach toys available to us (cooler, chairs, and surf boards) were a hit, everything was clean and exactly as pictured, and the property manager was responsive, helpful, understanding, and kind. The beaches close by were exactly what we were hoping for too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, and we would absolutely come again. Thank you!

Wonderful house

I was visiting Puerto Rico for a week with my 2 adult daughters. At first it was difficult finding a suitable place as we wanted 3 bedrooms and this place was perfect. The location is also very good if you want to stay in the country and away from large cities. It was mostly quiet except for barking dogs and Sunday night seems to be a party night with cars driving by playing very loud music. The weather was very pleasant and if it did get too warm in the house we appreciated the air conditioner units in the bedrooms. It was just a perfect house for what we wanted.

This place is advertised

Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful place. Marylou was wonderful and was always there when we needed her, which wasn’t often needed. To be honest there were a few things that were learning experiences. I suggest a better key system for getting in and out the house but this could be user error. The neighborhood did have some noisy dogs at times but the view is amazing, the air works great, the communication was easy with the host, loved having a covered patio area when needed, and the home was as advertised and very comfortable. Marylou even had coffee and cold water in the fridge since we didn’t get in until after 9 pm. If I come back to Vega Baja I will definitely look this place up

Rebooking for next time!

Everything was great ! We loved staying there ,bikes surfboards, beach chairs etc. The views were beautiful, day and night. The beach was in walking distance. Great restaurants. Definitely booking again!

Picture Perfect Location

I booked this for our ladies' NYE getaway. After arriving at this property, our party was shocked we were able to get it so last minute! Incredibly kind and flexible hosts (thank you!), amazing views from the patio, well-stocked kitchen and beach gear, comfy beds, etc. A short walk (under 5 minutes) from the water and about 15 to a picture-perfect sandy beach. This is a very relaxed local beach town, we enjoyed friendly neighbors, delicious local food trucks and restaurants, quick trips to the grocery store, and being so close to San Juan. Vega Baja at its finest!
