Nuestra propiedad tiene la mejor vista de la zona y se encuentra a 3-5 minutos a pie y 1 minuto en auto a la playa pública (Marchiquita). Esta playa es considerada una reserva natural en Puerto Rico. Solo hay otras 12 áreas de reserva natural en Puerto Rico. En los alrededores hay otras tres playas muy bonitas también! (La Poza de las Mujeres, la playa de La Esperanza y la playa de Los Tubos).

Desde la propiedad en la playa, tiene una vista espectacular del océano de 180 grados desde la terraza exterior ¡Puedes disfrutar de la brisa del océano, la luna y las estrellas en el cielo desde la cubierta exterior!

La casa tiene una sala de estar y comedor interior, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, conexión por cable, acceso a internet wifi gratuito, DVD, reproductor de CD y radio. Cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina eléctrica / horno, tostadora, cafetera, etc.

El primer dormitorio tiene 1 litera (doble / doble) y una cama doble adicional en la misma habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El baño se encuentra entre los dos dormitorios. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado, así como una cómoda y armarios dobles. La sala familiar / de televisión tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, que se puede usar como tercer dormitorio.

Hay una terraza cubierta frente al mar, una terraza exterior y un área de parrillas para barbacoa en el jardín de la propiedad. Además de los acondicionadores de aire en las habitaciones, la casa cuenta con ventiladores de techo y ventanas operables con pantallas.

Servicios: secador de pelo, juegos de mesa, ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios de cocina, ollas y sartenes, platos e información turística y mapas.

El servicio de limpieza está incluido antes del check in y después del check out del alquiler. Servicio de limpieza adicional está disponible bajo petición con un cargo adicional de $ 60. 00 por cada día extra de limpieza solicitado.

A través de la televisión por cable, se pueden ver las redes de Estados Unidos. La radio tiene una estación de habla inglesa.

Para los niños pequeños están disponibles 2 cunas para bebés, 1 asiento para el automóvil, 2 asientos elevados (a pedido).

Property is a slice of paradise. I could spend my whole vacation on the patio watching the waves. The Host was very prompt with her responses and she offered solutions to our inquiries. It’s a wonderful place for family gatherings. The location was perfect for us because we were meeting our future in-laws who lived nearby. Beaches around the corner.. pictures are taken from that the house’s terrace where I spent most of my time.

Quiet and beautiful!

The terrace at Villa Ilusion 2 is glorious! We loved sitting and taking in the beautiful views morning, afternoon, and evening. The location was easy to find, literally around the corner from Mar Chiquita, and while a little off the beaten path, it was worth it for the quiet, relaxing, and secure area. We felt very safe. Ita was very responsive when we had questions and excellent to work with. We highly recommend Villa Ilusion 2!

Breathtaking beach house

Beautiful beach house with breathtaking ocean views of Mar Chiquita beach. The house is very clean, relaxing, big and comfortable. Perfect location with spacious porch facing the ocean. Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely perfect time! The place is prettier, bigger and more welcoming than pictures show! The view is breath taking. Super close gorgeous beaches, great food and the prefect house.

Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The owners were wonderful, the house was well stocked and comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Two beaches are within a 2 minute walk and the amenities of town are a 5-10 minute drive. Our family of four - including 2 teenaged boys - enjoyed it thoroughly.

Five and more stars!!! We stay at this place every year. The views are indeed spectacular, and the house is very clean. It is located next to the Marchiquita beach, which is ideal for the families, especially with young children. The owners are very nice! A great place for a nice vacation!

Wonderful Ocean side beach house

We had a great time relaxing at this house. The owners made it easy to check in and out and provided great information about local restaurants and activities. The owners were also very responsive when we had questions about the house. The house is within walking distance of the beach and we were able to explore much of the north coast from the house.

This home is better than advertised.

This home has the perfect location for someone that wants to see the whole island or just plant themselves on the beach. We travelled around a bit and had a great time. Lots to see and do in Puerto Rico. A beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and so is a grocery store with a great bakery. Overall great place to stay

Hope to stay here again!!

Jorge and Maria met us at the airport and guided us to the rental. They were so awesome to give us a quick run-down of everything. The house is beautiful and has amazing views. We slept comfy, and are happy with the stay. There is a little grocery store near-by, which is convenient! Loved this place!!!

This Was Such A Great Place!

Everything was just as they explained in the listing and the Owners were very friendly and catered to us. Amazing ! Relaxing ! What a view!!

My family enjoyed our time here , the views of the ocean , sunset to the left and sunrise to the right is just perfect . The communication was on spot . Mar chiquita just down the road . the sound of the waves were very relaxing . Base in my FB pictures I had share this place with several friends .I will stay there again . We stayed in this wonderful home It all started with the greeting by the nice and warm couple when we landed from New York we most say we where in quite a lot of places thank god for his blessings This place is awesome!!! 1) the location is right above the ocean and purely gorgeous l! 2) the house hase a huge deck right above the ocean 3) these people are warm and very friendly 4)the negberhud is very peaceful 5)it is near some beautiful beaches and parks Will continue writing..,

Beautiful home overlooking the ocean. Choice of beaches within walking distance.

Wonderful place to spend your vacation. Property owner meet us at the airport and then accompanied us to pick up our rental car. Property owner escorted us to the vacation home and went through the home to show us how everything worked and made sure we didn't have any questions. The property owner even left us snacks gave us directions to several local places of interest. Wonderful experience

Great location and super experience

We are a family of four and loved this location. It was away from the hub bub, but very safe. The view is spectacular - loved waking up every morning to the sunrise and birds singing with the waves crashing below. Home is clean and well stocked in every way. Maria and Jorge were very helpful - had the pleasure of meeting Lydia who became our Abuela during our stay. Beach down the street is stunning...didn't need to go anywhere else. We loved it and hated to leave.

I must begin to say that Mr. and Mrs. Charneco (property owners) are very detail oriented and awesome hosts. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. From the terrace there is a beautiful scenery of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The house is located in a very quiet and safe area which is great for families with children. They have plenty of space for the kids to run around and have fun. My grandchildren had lots of fun and we did too!

Perfect getaway location with all necessities nearby

Jorge and Maria did not fail to live up to the standards of previous reviewers. The house was perfect for the two of us to just lounge and watch the ocean (fantastic location and the waves were impressive against the rocks). Definitely can not swim in this area due to the strong waves and rocky formations but that also keeps people away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had the quiet, relaxing vacation we were expecting. Thanks Jorge and Maria!

About as close to paradise as you can get.

If you are looking for the perfect beach getaway, then this is it. It's the perfect blend of secluded and yet convenient. The house and amenities were top notch with one of the most amazing ocean views you'll ever see. With a virtually private beach a stones throw away and access to the local quaint town of Manati only a 15 drive away, the location couldn't have been better. We went with some friends and did day trips to Old San Juan and Aricebo (the dish from Contact), each less than hour from the front porch. The owners were great to work with and gave us tons of inside info on places to eat and visit. It was a steal at twice the price.

The first time we came to the Mar Chiquita beach area we fell in love with the spectacular 180 degrees ocean view and we decided immediately to buy the lot and build the beach house overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on a 50 ft cliff oceanfront with a 3-5 minute walk or 1 minute car ride to the public beach. There are other nice beaches in the vicinity too. We had visited other beach areas on the island but found them too crowded for us.

The house is very homey! You will feel this is your 'Home Away from Home!'

Spectacular 180-degree views of the ocean. Walking distance (3-5 minute walk or 1-minute car ride) to the public beach. House has a fenced yard, making it safe for children.

It is 7-10 minutes away from town by car, where you find restaurants, fast food places, pharmacies, shopping, and food stores. There is also a Casino in town, in case you are interested!

House has an equipped stainless steel kitchen; amenities such as table games, etc. Plenty of sitting space in the indoor terrace and outside deck, suitable for relaxation, while enjoying the spectacular 180 degrees Atlantic Ocean view during daytime or moon and stars in the sky by night!

Play & Pack, stroller, car and booster seats for small children, as well as toys, are available.
