Great location. Perfect mansion for a large group. Right in the heart of Old Town, close to everything although we never left the mansion because it has everything you could need and more. We felt like we were in LA or Beverly Hills

Fabulous!

Everything was Devine, we had a couple of mishaps but Tyler took care of it. We especially loved the maid service that came in during our stay, and replenished towels and such. Would definitely come back!

Great staycation and work retreat home.

WoW! The views were amazing from every room in the home! The pool was perfect and overlooked the city; day or night, it was breathtaking. The blue kitchen was fun and well equipped for the chefs in our group. This was a work retreat; everyone had their own space to relax if they needed some alone time, and we had plenty of rooms to gather and enjoy each other company and have meetings. The shades were so cool, you felt like a rock star putting them up and down- and they kept the rooms cool during the day. Tons of towels, TV's and comfortable beds and furniture. I will miss the views, it was truly a once in a lifetime experience for me and my team.

Scottsdale Manor

We've stayed at a number of homes in the area and this home was wonderful. The outdoor entertaining space was excellent. The home was clean and had plenty of bedrooms. The only one negative was that the lounge chairs in the media room did not recline which made watching a movie in that space difficult.

Wonderful large house with amazing view

The house was rented for a family Christmas gathering. This is a beautiful home with amazing views. All but one bedroom has an en-suite. Bedrooms are large and most have a seating area within so you have extra room. Beds are extremely comfortable and amenities are very nice. Kitchen is fantastic to cook in. Would have been nice to have another full size oven but realistically it was perfect. Plenty of dishes available and huge fridge. Living spaces are great. We mostly used the dining area and living spaces attached because they were so convenient to the kitchen and outside area. Very comfortable seating. Theater room was a highlight. It’s built into camelback mountain. The projector worked great for streaming movies. Chairs were very comfy and most reclined (20 seats total maybe). Outside has tons of seating and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Pretty grass area and amazing views. A few things to be aware of, lots (lots!) of stairs. Main level has steps up and down to many different rooms, watch your step and make kiddos aware. To the theater steps are steep and not regular length so watch your step. You cannot hook up gaming systems in the theater. Some chairs don’t recline in theater. Grill is very hard to light but eventually it will. WiFi can be finicky but we are a tech family and lots of devices connected. Daily housekeeping was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. So nice to have this as part of the stay. We also used the concierge for food shopping prior to arrival and to find a temp nanny for a day. Fantastic services provided. Very thorough on shopping and the nanny for a day was extremely professional and caring of the kids. Rental agency was great to work with. Very professional and responded to questions in a timely manner. Overall fantastic home. I would highly recommend.

Awesome experience

8 of us traveled down to Arizona from Canada for a stay at this wonderful house to play some golf the last week in October 2019. Everything about the home was 100% taken care of by the management company. Pool was at 86 and Spa was at 103 when we arrived. The housekeeper cleaned and restocked all 8 bedrooms with fresh towels and toiletries daily. She also kept the rest of the house tidy. The views of Phoenix are better than the pics. Everybody in our crew had a great time. FYI: The golf courses in Phoenix are all cart path only in late October due to re-seeding. The only surprise in our trip.

This mansion is THE BEST rental in Arizona!

Talk about worth every penny! We had our family vacation here and it was BETTER than pictured. Absolutely enormous 13,000 sq ft was plenty of room for us. Lots to do in the area and at the home. Minutes from Old Town, we golfed everyday and the maid service was just an extra special touch! We will be back ti stay with HolidayRental again. Thanks to Jen for being such a big help!
