The Manor on Camelback is a custom-built mid-century modern estate located in one of the most exclusive parts of Phoenix: Arcadia Proper (just 5 min down the road from Old Town Scottsdale). This 8,500-square-foot mansion features a heated pool and spa, game room, sauna, movie theater (complete with a popcorn machine), bocce ball/mini golf, and much more. Situated at the base of Camelback Mountain, you'll get front-row seats to incredible mountain views from the rooftop deck (don't miss it at sunset!) Book today for the ultimate in luxury.

Layout: The following is the layout that can allow up to 9 areas for people to sleep comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Master wing with king bed (en suite bath plus private patio with outdoor shower, fire pit, and fountain)
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds stacked (next to bathroom #2)
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds side-by-side (next to bathroom #3)
Bedroom 4: King bed (across the hall from bathroom #3)
Bedroom 5: Two queen beds stacked (down the hall from bathroom #4)
Bedroom 6: King bed (next to bathroom #4)
Bedroom 7: King bed (down hall from bathroom #5)
Common Area 1: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the library with kitchenette (shares bathroom #2)

The most perfect house

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was absolutely incredible, the hosts were very communicative and made planning our trip to Phoenix a breeze and the cleaning team beyond lovely. Scottsdale Perfection

Everything about our stay was perfect. The property is incredible with every amenity you could ever imagine. The location is ideal - set against Camelback Mountain and just a few miles drive from Old Town. Jonathon and Christie were awesome to work with. Highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to visit again.

This was THE best property in the area!

I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our bachelorette party - close to all the bars if we wanted to venture, but an incredible space for all events on their extensive, luxurious campus! Yoga, private chef, pool party, etc. Such a blast. Couldn’t be more thankful for the memories they provided!

Unbelievable experience

This house is something out of a movie. You'll never want to leave, trust me. My friends and I had an amazing trip for a bachelor party, would highly recommend this house to groups of any group though, something for everyone. Service from Sarah and staff was 10/10.

We had a family reunion and the house was perfect. We had age range from adults to 3 year old. The house was very clean, all the supplies you need, great pool, and great layout. Jonathan was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and took care of any questions or needs immediately during our stay. We rent vacations home often and this was definitely one of the best.

Family wedding

Our stay at The Manor was wonderful. The home was clean and well stocked. Kat was wonderful communicating with us and checking in to see if anything was needed. We had easy access to everything. With the entire family we had more than enough room for everyone. The game tables, outdoor games and movie room were a hit with kids and adults. I would highly recommend The Manor!

Great Entertaining Spaces!

Overall this was the best property we could have chosen! We had 18 guests staying at the property and a total of 52 that came on Saturday! Ample space and nobody was on top of each other. All guests between 25-35 years old and we had a blast celebrating our wedding weekend here! Kat and Kelsey were responsive to all of our requests and went above and beyond in communication, getting things for us, and surprised us with champagne and wine upon our arrival!

Wow.

What an incredible home! We stayed here with a large group (18 guys) for a bachelor party and the home had everything we could ask for, and more. Everyone had more than enough room and spent plenty of time in the movie theatre and pool. The putting green was a huge hit. Sarah was absolutely fantastic in helping us out along the way and answered any questions we had, from check-in to check out. What an amazing trip!

Great property and service

The property is very well represented by the picutres in the listing. The home is beautiful and very functional. We had 2 families renting togther and it was very comfortable. Working with Jonathan was great. He went above and beyond. The neighborhood is gorgeous and location to activities is perfect. If I were buying a home in the Scottsdale area this is one of the top places to own. Hot tub with gas fireplaces around is was great as well. The kids loved the movie room. They spend a ton of time in there as it was kind of cold the week we were here. I would highly recommend this property.

Bachelor(ette) Weekend in Scottsdale

We hosted a unique combined bachelor and bachelorette weekend in Scottsdale and this house was the star of the show (besides the bride of course)! Firstly, the property management company is one of the most informative and communicative groups I've worked with. From the personal entry tour, being on call (over text) for any needs, and helping to coordinate the entire weekend's activities though the concierge service, it truly felt 5 star! The layout is ideal for large groups with spacious queen bunks, dual wings and one of the more impressive primary suites we have seen! The party continues with the massive deck outside, awesome BBQ area, great yard games and perfect sized pool for the group. Not to mention the string light astroturf area that made the ideal setting for our hibachi and private chef dinner nights! For any group looking to splurge and celebrate, I couldn't recommend this house and the Manor property management group any more!

Great House and Location

Stayed with extended family for a week in November. The pictures are accurate. Great pool and huge yard in one of the best locations in Scottsdale. There were 8 adults and 3 kids and the house could've comfortably fit twice that number (not sure about bed space though). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the mgmt company was super responsive. I would definitely stay again, though some obviously areas for improvement. Biggest of which is the bedrooms: they have closets to hang things, but some (all?) don't have any drawer or dresser space at all...which essentially forces guests to live out of their suitcases the entire time. Wouldn't be an issue for a weekend trip, but that got really old after a week. The bunk bed with 2 queen mattresses (with very low clearance between the two mattresses) is also really impractical and, frankly, odd. Only reason you would need a bunk bed with 2 queen mattresses is to accommodate 2 couples and that's a pretty weird concept for bunk beds where the mattresses are 3 feet apart. And lastly the showers in some of the bathrooms aren't fully enclosed so there's no way to keep the bathroom floors from getting completely soaked when someone takes a shower. Those few (relatively minor) things notwithstanding, it's an awesome house and the pictures are definitely accurate. I would definitely stay again. The property manager was awesome and super responsive even though we really didn't need much during our stay.

Scottsdale retreat

My friends and I came here for a weekend retreat. The property is perfectly located with a consistent vibe throughout the property that encourages both fun and relaxation. Pool was preheated as requested and communication was immediate with management. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience renting this home. The property managers could not have been more attentive and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had.
