To clarify an important point: the beach is completely private to our property. The neighboring properties on both sides have cliffs, not beach access. We do occasionally allow our neighbor to launch her kayak from our beach as a courtesy, but the entire beach belongs to the property and is for our guests' exclusive enjoyment. We apologize for any discomfort from the neighbor's lighting request, we'll add guidance in our welcome materials about being considerate with outdoor lighting to maintain good neighbor relations in this quiet area. Your safety concerns about the stairs are our top priority. We'll have those inspected and repaired immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regarding the sunroom: the plexiglass enclosure is a safety feature due to bears that occasionally pass through the area. We understand it gets warm and we'll clarify this in the listing along with the wildlife context.
