109 East Tenth Street in Beach Haven. Located just 6 houses from the beach, this open layout home is perfect for families. We have many repeat guests because the location is perfect: 3 blocks to Bay Village & Fantasy Island and 1 block to beach. You won't even need a car to get to all the great shops & restaurants in Beach Haven. Plus the open layout first floor gives everyone plenty of breathing room!

*Four spacious bedrooms (king / queen/ 2 twins / twin bunk) plus queen sleeper with 2 full bathrooms and outdoor shower.
* Clean and modern kitchen with breakfast bar.
* Newly renovated, modern bathrooms with shower tub and shower stall
* Convenient patio in back is great for grilling and relaxing, plus there is a second floor deck.
* Garage has ping pong table and equipped with 2 bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards for our guests.
* Beach badges included with rental (but must be left behind for the next guests!).
* Wifi, cable and 3 TVs.
* Central air conditioning with two zones.

PERFECT Beach House for families!

This was the PERFECT beach house for our family, located just 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Bay Village / Fantasy Island. My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old and my parents, which worked really well. The separate downstairs living spaces allowed us to keep the baby entertained away from the others when needed. The well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to enjoy meals at home on the patio! We have friends who rent a house every summer just 2 streets away, so it was perfect to be able to join them on the beach each day for a few hours and then head back to the house for lunch/nap time. Owners were super easy to get in contact with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner! I am very much looking forward to renting this house again next year!

Great Location!

We spent a fun family weekend at 109 Tenth! No car needed; an easy walk to the beach (where we spotted dolphins)! Fantasy Island is a short walk great for the kiddos. Enjoyed exploring the neighborhood; morning walks took us to Coastal Coffee Co which was delicious with very cool vibe and Side Door Donuts...yum! The house was spacious with a nice backyard patio and outdoor shower. Hoping to book another visit next year!
