Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene un plano de planta abierto y es muy espaciosa. La sala de juegos de la planta baja es ideal para que los niños jueguen al billar y vean la televisión. Great location! Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, beach and bay was a highlight. House is clean and has plenty of space. Host is responsive.

LBI vacation

Perfect location for our family vacation. The rental also included many amenities such as beach chairs, games, grill, and TVs. The property is a duplex which was unclear from the description but the other tenants were not a problem other than sharing the yard and outdoor shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host with plenty of beach amenities

Easy to access and the host was responsive and helpful early on. Great kitchen with plenty of cute items for hosting a Bach or other gathering. The listing notes 3 bathrooms but there were only 2.

Birthday weekend in LBI

Place was perfect for 8 people , block from the bay , 5 min walking distance to the beach, place was well equipped with stuff, we cooked a lot and it had everything for hosting. The basement with tv, pac man game and pool table was the best. Thank you Chris !

Beach stay

The house was clean and inviting. Two questions I had was 1) is the coffee maker a keurig? It is a cuisinart but can use keurig pods. 2) is linens included. No but you can have them for a fee. Also the beds are all Kings. No queen beds like the listing says. We had a great stay. The game room downstairs is a huge space.

This is is a townhome, but even with someone on the other side, never new they were there. It was a well-appointed, well-equipped place and the owner was really friendly and informative!

Excellent Experience for Family Getaway

Just returned from our stay and couldn’t say enough about our experience. Great accommodations and excellent location are part of the reason the week went by so quickly. Check in process was very easy and the owner is an excellent communicator who responds promptly to any questions you might have. We would definitely do it again.

Comfortable and convenient

Family vacation 6 adults and a 3 yr old. All the comforts of home! Easy check-in and out. Walking distance to both the bay and beach. Wagon provided facilitated child transport to and from the beach! Enjoyed our stay!

The Perfect Beach Home

My family and I visited LBI and stayed for 5 nights. Chris communicated with us before arrival, so check-in was seamless. The house was huge, with tons of room my family and my kids friends to stay comfortably. The entire home was clean, there’s a new AC unit that keeps the home super comfy, the decor is beautiful, and Chris even left us recommendations in case we needed them. The location is also perfect- just a very quick walk to the beach and bay, and all of the islands best spots either in walking distance or less than 5 minute car ride away. We’ve been to LBI many times, but this was the our best stay ever. We hope to visit again!

Long Weekend at LBI

Beautiful, clean home in great location - close to beach and closer to small, public bay beach. Comfortable home with games, pool table, etc for those rainy days in. Great property on LBI!

Great spot in LBI!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your property. The location was amazing - close walk to beach, bay, and lots of restaurants. The house itself was lovely, it was clean, updated and nicely decorated. The finished basement with pool table was a huge extra bonus. Excellent!!

The house was just as described in listing. Location is perfect! Close to ocean and bay as well as restaurants and stores. All Within walking distance. House is very well stocked, updated, and beautifully decorated! Has all you need from beach stuff, indoor and outdoor games, bikes, grill, deck, private back yard and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen! Plenty of room. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids and adults. Kitchen and dining room with a large open space to easily fit us all for meals. The owner Chris was very accommodating and responds quickly to any questions! I would highly recommend this home and look forward to renting again!!

A great lbi vacation!

I have a large family, 5 children, 3 of which are teenagers. This was a perfect property for us, plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Both the kitchen and poarch tables were large enough for the whole family to sit down and eat together, something that is hard for me to find. The location on the island was great. Short walk to bay or beach and short bike ride to the amusements in Beach Haven. We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Great Stay

It was a first stay for my family and I on LBI and we are really glad that decided to rent this home. The location is great, 5-7 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk a number of great restaurants and no more than a 5 min drive to a water park and tons of more restaurants and bars. The home very spacious and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year

Girls 60th Birthday Getaway

We had a WONDERFUL time at Beach Haven. Chris and his wife were wonderful hosts. Any questions we had, was answered very quickly! The house and yard is beautiful and we walked to beach daily. Anything we needed was supplied. Would definitely rent this home again. The restaurants and shopping were very close. We even went to a craft fair. The weather was great, also! There were 9 of us and not one complaint! Thanks again for a GREAT time.

We really loved our stay at this home! Chris and his family have obviously worked hard to think of everything you might need to feel comfortable and at home...from extra futons, a fully stocked kitchen, TONS of beach amenities (chairs, toys, wagons, badges, etc.), down to the seamless instructions and near-immediate responsiveness Chris provides. The house is a short walk to the beach, shops, a bakery, Wawa, and restaurants; and an even shorter walk to the bay to see beautiful sunsets. The interior of the house is beautiful, updated, and clean, and it was nice to have the "dominant" side of the duplex to take advantage of the patio, yard, grill, easy front entrance, and driveway. We truly couldn't have been happier. SO highly recommend.

Fantastic property

In all of the years renting in LBI, I have never stayed in a house this beautiful. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the bay for some fishing and a short walk to the beach. The house has everything you could ever need and want. Comfortable!!

We live in Monmouth County and have 3 children (26, 20, 16). We have always wanted a property in LBI to enjoy with family and friends. We have rented our Lake Placid home on VRBO for 8 years (273172) and enjoy sharing our home.

The property is in an ideal location with many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Beach Haven Terrace beach is 2 minute walk away. There is a WAWA and Deli also within a very short walk..

We try and make our home as comfortable and user friendly as possible. We go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need to rest and relax on your vacation. We also have a game room which gives the extra space for the kids (or adults) to kick back and relax, play pool, watch TV, play games, etc.
