Delightful stay in this backyard cabin. It's very private and really larger than it looks from the pictures. The kitchen is well supplied; there are two sitting areas and a back bedroom. The washer and drier work well. I liked the tree-hemmed atmosphere. It is one of the quietest places I ever stayed, and I got work done here. It's only a five-minute drive to a shopping plaza with a nice diner, coffee, brewery, and Safeway. I will stay here again.

Worked great for what we needed

Easy to find and had the basics we needed for a couple nights. Very quiet and cozy, and convenient to Bothell. It was nice to have a small loveseat to sit on even with sofa bed made up. Backing out of the parking spot down the hill and onto the road was made easier with a backup cam. Beds were adequate but a little hard, especially the sofa bed.

Came for a concert loved the stay

Lynn's guest house is perfect place for a couple or a small family. All the comforts you need are aptly provided. It is in a beautiful, quiet, private setting with your own covered carport and outside setting areas. We loved everything about it. The check in/out process was simple and the entire stay went off without a hitch. I feel that the host would have been right on top of any issue that may have come up. The rice was very reasonable for the accommodations. If we are staying in the Seattle area again, this is the first place we will look to stay, without a doubt! Thank you!!!

Great little stop!

Super clean! My wife loved that. Comfy and in a great neighborhood. Showers ran out of hot water very fast so maybe don't expect a long shower. Other than that we loved it.

Some Improvements

The bed needs to be higher and a better mattress should be installed. A table should be installed on both sides of the bed for glasses or water. The combination washer drier should be replaced with a separate washer drier. It is impossible to dry clothes if they do not get dry enough and the wash-dry cycle takes about 2 1/2 hours.

My parents and I spent a long weekend in town to celebrate my brother’s recent marriage. This property was the perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and cozy. Cozy cottage

This cozy cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of green surrounding you. Perfect size for 2 persons. The cottage is behind the owner’s home. It has a private entrance and 1 parking space . Very pleasant owner gave us a friendly welcome. This nice location is very near Mount Latke Terrace where we have family. It was perfect for us. Tranquil and great location

My brother and I stayed here for a week; and it was perfect. The location was close enough to amenities... but hidden away in the meandering neighborhood. Loved the separate thermostats in the rooms and the laundry available. The shower has good water pressure and the cottage was clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again!

Cozy and Safe

Cute and cozy house in a safe neighborhood. Excellent spot for my sister and I to stay after a day of sightseeing. Many tourist spots were very easy to get to from this location. Super easy check in and check out. Linh was great to work with.
