Andra vĂ„ningen eller huvudgolvet, trĂ€golv genom. Den har enormt stort kök och kombinerat vardagsrum. Köket har fullt utrustat dubbeldörr vatten / is kylskĂ„p, spis / ugn, mikrovĂ„gsugn, diskmaskin. Ägarna har tillhandahĂ„llit alla typer av kaffe, vatten och kokapparater, köksredskap, tallrikar, koppar, vinkopp, muggar, som kan tjĂ€na upp till 12 eller fler personer. Vardagsrummet har utdragbar sovande mjukbĂ€dd (queen size), takflĂ€kt, 55in vĂ€ggmonterad smart-TV, med Roku / kabel prenumererad. TrĂ„dlöst har tillhandahĂ„llits gratis. Wonderful home

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our vacation time in Myrtle Beach. My family of 5 and my mother and father-in-law fit comfortably! Nice and roomy, but not too spacious. Not oceanfront, but about a 5-minute walk to the beach was perfect. It was immaculate and had all the needed kitchen items for cooking if you didn't want to eat out. We would definitely stay here again!

House was everything from the moment we arrived... parking was awesome ...close to the beach and the house was very clean and spacious.. the owner stayed in communication from the moment we made reservation until we left the property... we will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends for future vacations and look forward to stay at this house once again.. thanks Jim

Convenient location for us but duplex was very noisy with neighbors. Smaller than the pictures looked and lacks seating. Not up to my standards for cleanliness.

Cool place, needs better cleaning

The house is nice, had a couple maintenance issues and manager immediately took care of them. Impressive service. Cleaning staff are not doing a great job. We went through and cleaned before we unlacked and counters and high touch areas were disgustingly filthy. The place is very nice, beautiful porches. Owner was excellent to work with. Would stay again.

5 Stars – Fantastic Stay for Our Softball Nationals TripWe had a great stay at Jim Qi’s place while in town for the Triple Crown Nationals. From the start, communication was top-notch — Jim texted us a week in advance with all the check-in details, and followed up the day of with his personal number and email along with the access codes, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The AC was cold and easy to adjust at night, which made sleeping super comfortable. There were 4 great beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast, reliable internet — perfect for both relaxing and staying connected.Location was excellent — just 2 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the softball fields. Parking was easy, with two spots under the unit and an extra one on the main pad. I drive a large truck and had no problem parking.My wife loved being able to run right from the house and mapped out a nice 2-mile loop. Plus, there were plenty of food options in every direction, making it easy to grab a bite no matter what we were in the mood for.Highly recommend this property — we’d absolutely stay here again.

We are professional educators and work for the University and State government agency, we are close to retire age. We have purchased this property for our vacation time and quiet time. However, since we are not retire yet, we cannot be here all the time, we like to share this lovely home with you some time. It is so close to ocean, it is about 70 yards or meters to ocean front. This community is very safe to children, very neat and clean, and very lovable. Hope you will love this home as we do.

It is full furnished home. It is a home, away from the home truely. Some features are far better than our primary home. This location is the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is close to fun parks, restaurants, shopping centers, international airport, Broadway Theme Park, almost everything is reachable with walk or short driving distance.
